Drake has settled his legal dispute with iHeartMedia over allegations tied to Kendrick Lamar’s diss track, “Not Like Us.”
In November 2024, the rapper filed a petition in Bexar County, Texas, alleging that Universal Music Group (UMG) had made improper payments to iHeartMedia to increase the radio airplay of a track that he and Lamar were both associated with.
Drake claimed that the song, as well as its album art and music video, wrongly depicted him as a criminal involved in serious offenses such as being a sex offender and supporting sex offenders. While the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, Drake’s legal team stated that a mutually agreeable resolution had been reached.
