Röhm’s full-sleeve outfit fell right down to her feet, which were adorned with stilettos. She completed her look with matching lipstick, earrings, and an elegant necklace. Her gorgeous blonde tresses rested on her shoulders as she beamed joyfully while interacting with other attendees.

But during COVID-19, the duo reportedly explored their bond and realized they had feelings for each other.

“Celebrating life @american_heart ❤️#livingyourbestlife,” read the Instagram post’s caption, which has amassed hundreds of fan comments.

In an earlier post from April 20, Röhm gushed about how her association with AHA has helped her keep her mother and aunt’s memory alive. The caption read in part:

“Heart disease is the No 1 killer of women and I’m dedicated to stopping heart disease from killing one more woman. ❤️It was an honor to be the keynote speaker tonight in NYC for @goredforwomen Together we can make an impact 🙏💋[sic].”

Röhm is celebrating her 50th birthday today, April 28, and friends, family, and fans have already started flooding her comments section with heartfelt wishes. The actress looks stunning and happy while supporting the causes close to her heart and being around her loved ones.

Losing Her Mom & Navigating Motherhood

In one of her blogs, Röhm said she joined AHA’s “Go Red For Women” movement in her beloved mom’s memory. The “Joy” alum explained how her mom was the most incredible woman she had ever known, and her unexpected demise left her in pieces.

Calling her mom her compass and her North, Röhm recalled how she was playing with her then-two-year-old daughter, Easton August, in the backyard when things took an unimaginable turn.

The Hollywood star said she was in the middle of planning a huge Christmas family gathering in Los Angeles when a phone call caught her off-guard. When she answered the call, she lost her laughter and joy—her mom was in a coma in Holland after suffering a serious heart attack.

Röhm recounted the struggle of keeping herself together for her little girl while grieving inside. Her mom was her best friend, a single parent who had raised her with love and affection and instilled a sense of purpose and compassion.

That day, the Hollywood star, who called herself a “girl’s girl,” saw her compass shattering as she finally met her mom on her deathbed. Although Röhm recollected telling her mother she would be okay, 2011 became a painstakingly difficult year for her.

After her mom’s demise, the “Bombshell” actress found solace in the company of good friends. One of them was her “Heroes” co-actor, Jack Coleman, who told her, “Those who know, know. And those who don’t, forgive them.”

And in her loneliness and sheer agony, Röhm said her friend’s words offered her a tranquil respite. While the pain was unbearable, the “Once Upon a Time in Venice” actress said she was grateful her mother could meet Easton.

Röhm noted that she took inspiration from her own upbringing to raise her daughter, teaching her the importance of family. But as a mom, the German native regretted being unable to provide her girl with a wholesome family environment.

Röhm said she was disappointed for not giving her little princess a perfect childhood. The “Wish Upon” alum shares her daughter with entrepreneur Ron Wooster.

Drawing similarities between herself and her daughter, Röhm explained that Easton had inherited her bossy attitude and leadership qualities from her mom. Being a parent, the 50-year-old star says she tries her best not to pressure her daughter with adult problems.

Instead of worrying Easton about her issues, Röhm prefers unloading her emotional baggage on her best friends or one of her aunts. While she admits not knowing if she’s doing right by her daughter, she sees it as shielding her from her stresses.

Being a girl’s mom often reminds Röhm of her late mother and their lovely connection. According to the “Law & Order” alum, she and her mom, who became a single parent after her dad’s death, always shared their secrets and confided in each other.

Röhm also recalled being pregnant with Easton and called herself the happiest expecting mom. Despite her doctor warning her she had gained too much weight, the then-soon-to-be-mother enjoyed her time and felt calm and unbothered.

Post-pregnancy, Röhm loved spending time with her little girl while sneaking in some yoga instead of hyping herself for an extensive workout session or building a gym routine.

Parting Ways & Finding Love Again

In 2005, Röhm began dating Wooster, and it took only three months for the couple to fall in love and picture a future together. After asking Röhm’s mom for her daughter’s hand, Wooster surprised his girlfriend with a romantic proposal by going down on one knee in their Venice, California, home.

With plans to hold their nuptials in Los Angeles and visit Africa for their honeymoon, things seemed to be going well for the pair. However, Röhm and Wooster decided to part ways in 2014.

After her split from Wooster, love greeted Röhm once again when she met Peter Glatzer. The couple shared their engagement news in July 2021, with Glatzer noting that he “played it cool” before going down on one knee and popping the big question to his lady love.

Röhm stated that she and Glatzer instantly connected when they first met years ago but forged a friendship instead of pursuing a romance. But during COVID-19, the duo reportedly explored their bond and realized they had feelings for each other.

Röhm and Glatzer are happily married, and their social media profiles are peppered with lovely photos. Despite her painful loss and divorce, the riveting TV star is living a joyous life with her husband and daughter, and we wish her all the best in whatever she plans to do next!
