Man Who Used Baby to Clean Snow-Covered Car in TikTok Video Will Likely Be Charged

A Texas man who filmed himself using a baby to wipe snow off his car last week will likely face criminal charges.

A 25-year-old man is currently under investigation by the Port Arthur police and Child Protective Services after a TikTok video surfaced showing him using a 3-month-old baby to brush snow off his Hyundai Elantra. Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso mentioned that the man was accompanied by two women when they were reached out to for questioning.

“We suspect one of them was the mom. They checked on the baby. The baby was just fine,” Duriso told the news outlet.

The identity of the man has not been disclosed to the public. However, he might face charges related to child endangerment. According to KBMT, an arrest warrant is likely to be issued for him sometime this week.
