A Florida man has been charged with sending nude photos and an explicit video of his ex-girlfriend to her children.
Lafayett Lee is facing charges of sexual cyberharassment and transmitting harmful material to minors. Reports from Coral Springs Talk indicate that he sent inappropriate material to three children.
Coral Springs Police said Lee was in a relationship with the adult victim for about 3 1/2 years until their break-up in December.
An arrest affidavit says that he sent five photos and a video to her three children shortly after the breakup.
The police urged one of the victims to call Lee and address the situation over the phone. Despite Lee’s messages all coming from the same number, the confrontation took place as documented by Law&Crime.
“That was low as f*** how you sent all them nude videos and s*** to my kids,” the victim told him on the recorded phone call.
“That was low as f*** what you did,” he replied, without denying what he did.
According to a statement in the probable cause affidavit, the victim’s relationship with Lee ended on December 20. Shortly after, her son revealed receiving nude photos via text, which were originally sent to Lee during their relationship. Subsequently, her daughter also reported receiving the same explicit photos.
Then her other daughter’s phone started “going off” while a 6-year-old child was playing with it. The siblings took the phone away before the little girl could see the photos.
Lee grinned big for his mug shot and was being held on a $40,000 bond.
