Watch moment North Korean quadbike troops WIPED OUT as Putin sends waves into meatgrinder to retake Kursk from Ukraine

THIS is the moment North Korean quadbike troops are wiped out in a brutal drone assault launched by Ukraine.

Vladimir Putin is cruelly sending waves of soldiers into a meatgrinder as he desperately tries to recapture Kursk.

Russia has been advancing in its own region – but it has come at a painful cost with thousands of Russian and North Korean troops being killed.

Footage from Ukraine’s 36th Marine Brigade displayed their use of suicide drones to fend off North Korean soldiers riding quadbikes during an attack in Sverdlikovo.

One drone watches the three bikes carrying several men each move slowly across a field – before they stop.

When the North Koreans stop, the drones strike.

The flying craft quickly descend to the ground and target the quadbikes.

The soldiers flee as each quad is targeted one by one.

Once the three bikes are left as burning wrecks, the remaining swarm target the soldiers.

The North Koreans lie on the ground trying to stay camouflaged out of sight of the drones.

But, that’s where they die – with the drone swarm spotting them and then flying into their prone bodies one by one.

Another drone manages to hit a fourth quadbike which managed to escape and is driving away with soldiers still on it.

Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has declared that Ukrainian troops will hold their positions for as long as needed.

He said his soldiers would try and find advantageous positions and hold them with artillery and drones.

The ongoing violent progress of Russia in Kursk is causing complications in peace negotiations taking place in Saudi Arabia, with Putin stating his intentions to observe the situation there before considering a halt to the hostilities.

On Thursday morning, Moscow claimed it had recaptured to key city of Sudzha in Kursk.

Later in the day at a press conference with Belarusian pal Alexander Lukashenko, Vlad said he is “in favour” of the US ceasefire but rejected starting it now.

Putin shrewdly wants Ukraine expelled from within his borders so Kyiv has one less bargaining chip in talks.

The tyrant boasted it was “impossible” for Zelensky’s troops to flee the area and alleged that “command on Kursk is lost from Ukrainians”.

Putin also thanked Trump for his efforts to end the war and said he might speak to the American President.

“The idea itself is correct, and we certainly support it,” Putin said.

“But there are issues that we need to discuss. And I think we need to talk to our American colleagues as well.”

Trump’s special envoy Steve Witkoff landed in the capital this morning for talks around stopping the war – including the US-backed 30-day ceasefire proposal.

It comes as Putin gave his own truce demands over halting the Ukraine war – days after Ukraine agreed to the peace deal.

The dictator put on an army uniform for a frontline visit to Kursk on Wednesday as Trump vowed to punish Russia if they refuse to agree to a peace deal.

It is not exactly clear what Moscow wants or if they are even willing to engage in peace talks which don’t cover their maniacal desires.

The sources said many of the terms are similar to what have been proposed in the past.

One includes the Kremlin reaffirming their stance that Ukraine cannot be allowed Nato membership or deploy European peacekeeping troops.

The footage appears to show that North Korean troops have returned to fighting at the front line.

In January, Ukraine claimed they had withdrawn from the front line after nearly half of them were wiped out.

Pyongyang shipped 11,000 troops to Russia to fight in Kursk – it is not clear if they will cross into Ukraine.

Kim Jong-un’s had 4,000 troops left injured or dead in the fighting, Volodymyr Zelensky claims.

Fears 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers face being surrounded & trapped in Russia

By Annabel Bate, Foreign News Reporter

AROUND 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers face encirclement having been left trapped and fighting blind in Russia.

Kyiv has frantically fought to maintain its position in the occupied Kursk region to serve as leverage for potential peace talks which come as soon as next week in Saudi Arabia.

But now it looks like their fragile grip the Russian region – which they seized with such fanfare last year – could be slipping away from them.

Ukranian forces are reportedly considering pulling back from Kursk and mounting a retreat over the border.

They risk being surrounded as Russia makes gains in the south east and pounds their supply lines.

Embattled troops face an assault from a new wave of more advanced Russian drones and kamikaze assaults by North Korean storm brigades.

Ukraine is facing an advantage that Russia has long endured over its enemy – sheer manpower and endless waves for the meat grinder.
