BOLO: Police Seek Tips on Colorado Springs Missing At-Risk Teen

The police are seeking assistance in locating a missing at-risk teen from Colorado Springs.

Jaelynn Medina, 13, went missing on Thursday. According to The Gazette, police say she was last seen near her home on the 2200 block of Glenwood Circle around 7 PM.

Jaelynn is described as a Hispanic female with long dark hair. She is approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall and has a medium build. In the released picture, the left side of her nose is pierced.

The Colorado Springs Police Department asks that anyone with information about her possible whereabouts or anyone who has seen Jaelynn contact them at 719-444-7000.
