Authorities report that the DNA of a missing real estate agent has been discovered on a saw that her husband, who stands accused of her murder, allegedly concealed intentionally.
Mom-of-four Suzanne Simpson, of Texas, has not been seen since October 6, when she reportedly had a bust-up with her husband, Brad.
Days after Suzanne, 51, vanished, Brad was arrested on assault charges – before being accused of her murder.
He spent almost two months behind bars before being indicted by a grand jury over her murder, as reported by the NBC affiliate WOAI-TV.
Court documents, seen by the outlet, claimed Brad carried out an “act clearly dangerous to human life” that led to Suzanne’s death.
Cops have since revealed the mom’s DNA was found on a reciprocating saw.
Police suspect he deliberately hid the tool to forestall the probe.
It’s not known where Brad reportedly hid the saw.
And police have not revealed how they found it.
Additionally, court records assert that Brad also hid an unauthorized automatic select-fire weapon that had not been registered with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
Harrowing details have also emerged as part of the police probe.
Suzanne reportedly told her banker that her husband would take her cell phone off her, as reported by WOAI.
And she told them to look in a lake if she ever vanished.
When Brad was arrested, police said they found two notes.
One was titled: “This Next Life,” and the other “Last Will and Testament.”
They were created days after Suzanne vanished, according to police.

And he appeared to apologize for allegedly attacking Suzanne.
Brad’s defense team has branded the indictment vague and ambiguous.
They have claimed it is stopping him from fully creating a defense argument.
Suzanne was last seen at a party at The Argyle in Alamo Heights, a suburb of San Antonio, before a neighbor said she and Brad had an argument.
She was last seen wearing a long black dress and heels.
They said Brad left the family home in a black 2019 GMC pickup truck – before he returned hours later.
Brad reported Suzanne missing on October 7, hours after he received a call from their daughter’s school explaining that she hadn’t shown up.
Brad was initially booked into jail on assault charges.
SEARCH PROBE
Suzanne’s disappearance sparked a search effort that saw family members and investigators comb landfills.
Around 10 days after she vanished, police said the probe had turned into a recovery mission.
Canines and GPS were used as part of the search effort.
Cops slammed how Brad was uncooperative in the immediate aftermath of Suzanne’s disappearance.
And his attitude was condemned by his own family.
“It’s essential to assist investigators, especially in a case where a mother of four is missing,” his brother Barton told San Antonio Express-News last month.
“In this situation, cooperation could provide answers to help the family find closure or move forward.
“For Brad to refuse to assist- even if it poses some risk to himself – demonstrates a concerning lack of empathy for those he claims to love.”
Simpson is set to appear in court on December 9.
