Jalen Hurts, MVP of SUPER Bowl LIX, is set to miss the Philadelphia Eagles’ White House visit with President Donald Trump, citing conflicting schedules as reported.
His decision to skip the visit follows his earlier reluctance to confirm his participation when questioned by a Time Magazine journalist at the Time 100 Gala in New York City.

When asked by a Time reporter if he would visit the White House on Monday, Hurts stood silently and refused to give a clear answer saying, “Ummm.”
The Super Bowl-winning Eagles’ celebratory ceremony at the White House with Trump is scheduled to start at 4 pm on the South Lawn.
Although it is unclear what players will attend the ceremony, the White House confirmed to NBC News that Hurst, 26, will not be present.
Reports indicate that the White House has acknowledged Hurts and other players’ inability to attend due to conflicting schedules, with this announcement coming just hours before the scheduled event.
