This unexpected release follows a pattern set by other high-profile rappers like Drake and J. Cole, who have recently shared previously unreleased content with their fans.

While Kendrick Lamar hasn’t commented on the speculation, rumors of a GNX deluxe edition have been circulating. Lefty Gunplay, a collaborator on the album, claimed last month that a deluxe version is indeed in the works, stating that Kendrick has “some stuff in the chamber.”

However, it’s important to note that past rumors about Kendrick’s follow-up albums haven’t always materialized. For example, fans believed DAMN. would be followed by NATION., but that never came to fruition.
