A MARRIED teacher who had sex with a teenage student suggested that her husband’s “neglect” prompted her sick actions.
Mum-of-three Emily Nutley, 43, pleaded guilty on Monday to two counts of sexual battery over a physical relationship with a 17-year-old student.

Several of the sexual encounters occurred at the prestigious Catholic school Nutley worked at in fall 2023.
She was fired from St. Xavier High School in Ohio last October when the victim shed light on her abuse, leading to her arrest and indictment.
Her soon-to-be ex-husband Jonathan Nutley filed for divorce weeks after her arrest.
The depraved teacher retaliated by alleging that her partner had been “guilty of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty” throughout their marriage, as reported by TMZ.
Prosecutors said the former head counselor pursued the minor outside of school hours.
They say she texted the youngster nude photographs of herself, as well as sexually explicit messages shortly after she was hired.
At the time she was supervising a program set up to help academically struggling pupils.
The teenage victim was attending the at-risk group she was leading when they met, officials said.
The first affair turned physical in November and the duo had a second sexual encounter a month later.
They had sex multiple times in mid-November, with at least one instance taking place in her office.
The sickening encounters took place on and off school grounds.
Prosecutors added that Nutley continued to trail the student after he tried to end the affairs.
The relationship was discovered through an internal investigation by the school.
The all-boys school then contacted Springfield Township Police, who launched their own investigation.
The vile offender will be sentenced on June 10, facing up to 10 years in prison.
She is also required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
Nutley joined the school ahead of the 2021-22 year and was named the “multi-tiered systems support coordinator” in the student handbook.
She also has two daughters and a son, the eldest of whom is a junior at a different school and only slightly younger than the victim.
