Meghan shares a new picture of Archie and Lilibet as she celebrates Mother's Day in the US: 'Cheers to juggling it all with joy!'

Meghan Markle has shared a new picture of Archie and Lilibet as she celebrates Mother’s Day in the US.

The Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to share a lovely photo. The picture showed her carrying her two children with their legs wrapped around her waist.

In the caption, she wrote: ‘Happy Mother’s Day! Cheers to managing everything with happiness! And to these two treasures who still try to climb “mommy mountain”, cover me in kisses, and turn each day into the most exciting adventure… being your mom is the biggest honor of my life.

‘I, too, “love you more than all the stars in all the sky, all the raindrops, and all the salt on all the french fries in all the world.”

Meghan, 43, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 3, are all dressed in angelic white with palm trees seen in the distance.

Meghan posted the picture just a day after she and Prince Harry were seen enjoying themselves at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour in California.

The happy couple were among thousands of fans who crowded into the SoFi Stadium as the artist performed her last show in Los Angeles before heading to Chicago.

Afterwards, Beyoncé shared a photograph of the royals on her website, capturing the grinning couple as they cosied up inside the luxurious VIP lounge to watch the Crazy in Love singer perform.

Meghan also took to her own Instagram to share a glimpse to her and Harry’s night on the town among the crowds of adoring Beyhive fans, with the Duke planting a kiss on her cheek during the show.

Meghan shared a series of smiley snaps of herself, Harry and friends, sporting cowboy hats, in keeping with the tour’s theme, as they swayed to various hits from the Cowboy Carter album.

Another short video showed the Duchess appear emotional while she cheers on the superstar songstress as she sings her hit song 16 carriages, while sitting on a floating American-style car.

Alongside the series of jubilant photos, she penned: ‘About last night… Thank you Beyonce and team for an amazing concert (and a very fun date night) All love.’

Fans also snuck footage of Prince Harry from nearby seats, with the Duke of Sussex somewhat awkwardly shuffling around as his wife danced in front of him.

Following Beyonce’s cowboy dress code, Meghan sported a tight denim dress, while Prince Harry sported a dark green cowboy hat with ‘My Love’, Lili and Archie inscribed inside alongside a US and UK flag.

She wore her hair up for the night, and was later spotted wearing her husband’s hat as the concert amped up with a remixed rendition of Texas Hold ‘Em.

The Halo singer – who kicked off her tour just over year and a half after she wrapped up her whirlwind Renaissance World Tour — has welcomed Harry and Meghan to her shows previously.

In 2023, the royals attended the Renaissance World Tour, also at the SoFi Stadium, where Prince Harry once again appeared less than impressed – and more interested in his phone.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had attended the concert to celebrate the 67th birthday of Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland – but this was far from the first time the royal couple had crossed paths with Beyoncé.

In fact, in 2019, Queen Bey accepted a Brit Award in front of a portrait showing Meghan as a royal version of the Mona Lisa.

In a post explaining why they had decided to put Meghan in the frame, the power couple wrote: ‘In honour of Black History Month, we bow down to one of our Melanated Monas. Congrats on your pregnancy! We wish you so much joy.’

Earlier this week, Meghan shared an emotional tribute to Archie as he celebrated his sixth birthday.

She shared a touching tribute to her and Harry’s ‘sun’ – as she revealed the couple hosted an ‘incredibly special’ party for Archie last weekend.

Meghan posted a series of heartfelt words alongside an adorable photo of Archie.

The picture, taken at dusk, showed Archie watching the sunset over the ocean from what appears to be the balcony of their home in Montecito, California.

Her caption read: ‘Our son. Our sun. Happy 6th birthday to Archie! Thank you for all of the love, prayers, and warm wishes for our sweet boy. He’s six! Where did the time go?

‘(And for all of you who came to celebrate with us at his party last weekend, thank you for making his birthday so incredibly special),’ she continued.

Archie, who was born on May 6, 2019, has had a somewhat unconventional upbringing compared to his royal cousins.

Public appearances from Archie are rare and much of the world’s understanding of him comes from the few glimpses shared by Meghan and Harry themselves.

In a recent podcast interview with Jamie Kern Lima, Meghan said: ‘I love being a mom,’ and described motherhood as ‘the most important thing in my entire life.’

She also shared that she writes nightly emails to her children, creating digital scrapbooks to preserve everyday memories.

Meghan’s post highlighted that Archie’s birthday party was held last week.

Last year, for Prince Archie’s fifth birthday, the family celebrated privately at their Montecito home and Meghan baked a lemon cake using fruit from their garden. The celebration included Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, and a few of Archie’s school friends.

As Archie turned six in California, his grandfather King Charles remained in the UK where he unveiled his official Coronation portrait on the two-year anniversary of the historic occasion.

The King, who has not seen his grandchild since 2022 when Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet came to the UK for the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, attended the portrait unveiling alongside Queen Camilla at the National Portrait Gallery.
