MELANIA Trump had fans in stitches as she was asked about her husband Donald’s dance moves in a rare chat about her family life.
The former first lady sat down for an interview on Friday, the first time since Trump handily won the presidential election in November.
In an interview with Fox News, Melania, 54, said she is filled with hope for the next four years under her husband’s leadership.
She said the “energy is different” after this second win, as Trump annihilated rival Kamala Harris by securing a massive 312 electoral votes.
“People around him are different,” she said. “He’s focused on making this country great again.”
Melania said her wish is for the country to peacefully unite around her husband, Trump, and work toward change.
“I hope the country will be united, and that’s what we all hope for,” she said.
“I think that nothing is accomplished with violence.”
When asked about the president-elect’s iconic YMCA dance moves, Melania giggled and called them “very special.”
“This is a very special and unique dance,” she said between laughs.
“A lot of people are copying it and everybody has fun with it.”
However, when asked if she dances like her husband, Melania immediately said, “No,” as interviewers broke out in laughter.
The former first lady went on to praise her son Barron’s political knowledge and said he was a huge asset to Trump’s winning campaign.
“He brought in so many young people his age,” she said.
“He was very vocal and he gave advice to his father.”
This fall, Barron started college at New York University in New York City, but his freshman year has been far different from his peers.
