Get To Know Delaney Rowe: B.J. Novak’s Girlfriend Is An Actress Turned TikTok Influencer

B.J. Novak has reportedly found love off screen.

Sources informed People that The Office alum is dating TikTok personality Delaney Rowe.

The two appear in a picture together with Hallie Meyers-Shyer from a screening of Goodrich in October 2024, per Vogue. People reports that they were also pictured together at “The Official How Long Gone After Party” on Nov. 23, 2024 in New York City, and have since sparked dating speculation among fans.

DECIDER reached out to representatives for Novak and Rowe for confirmation and additional information, but did not hear back by time of publication.

Novak lent his voice to Lessons in Chemistry, voicing Elizabeth Zott’s (Brie Larson) dog, Six-Thirty. He was also cast in Season 2 of Poker Face, alongside fellow guest stars Cynthia Erivo and Margo Martindale, per Variety. The new season arrives on Peacock on Wednesday, May 8. He also directed, wrote, and starred in Vengeance, a 2022 satire that is now streaming on Peacock.

In terms of his dating life, Page Six writes that Novak previously dated Celidih Garten and had been connected to Molly Hurwitz, though fans are most aware of his previous relationship with his Office co-star and fellow writer, Mindy Kaling. Novak spoke when Kaling received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in February, per Netflix’s Tudum.

Currently known for her viral TikTok account where she stars in spoofs on common movie tropes, Rowe has developed quite a following. She has 3 million TikTok followers, while she has 1 million followers on Instagram. Rowe can be seen taking on more than one role in her videos.

Rowe, who is based in LA, shows off her acting chops in her popular social media bits, but her acting credits on IMDb include cameos on WannabeZ and Critters: A New Binge, as well as appearances in films The Drone (2019) and The List (2023).
