100 Days of Hoaxes Should Be More Aptly Named '100 Days of Democrat Meltdowns'

Following President Donald Trump’s highly publicized first 100 days during his second term, the focus has shifted to the relentless efforts of Democrat-appointed federal district judges to impede the president’s agenda whenever politically advantageous, despite the unconstitutional nature of their actions.

On Thursday, Trump took the first step of his second term to right the federal district court system.

Trump made a post on Truth Social to announce his nomination of Whitney Hermandorfer for a judgeship on the Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, based in Cincinnati and overseeing cases from Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee.

The President expressed his satisfaction with the nomination of Whitney Hermandorfer to the position of Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Hermandorfer’s background includes dedicated service to the people of Tennessee within the Attorney General’s Office, where she has demonstrated strong advocacy in court to safeguard citizens from overreach by the Federal Government.

A former Co-Captain of the Princeton University Women’s Basketball Team, Whitney is a staunch defender of Girls’ and Women’s Sports. She has a long history of working for Judges and Justices who respect the RULE OF LAW, and protect our Constitution, including Justice Samuel Alito and two fine Supreme Court Justices I appointed in my First Term. Whitney is a Fighter who will inspire confidence in our Legal System. Thank you Whitney!

The position became available after , former President Joe Biden’s nominee to the appeals court, failed to secure confirmation before Biden left office. While I’m unfamiliar with Campbell, she’s reportedly known in part for her work in civil litigation, which, and call me a skeptic, sounds a whole lot like “civil justice” — leftist-style.

Anyway, Hermandorfer currently serves as the Director of the Strategic Litigation Unit in the Tennessee Attorney General’s office. Here’s more:

As a member of [Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan] Skrmetti’s, Hermandorfer defended the state’s near-total ban on abortion and challenged a Biden-era rule barring discrimination against transgender students by federally funded schools and colleges.

Before working at the attorney general’s office, she worked at Washington-based Williams & Connolly LLP, where she focused on appellate and administrative-law litigation.

Hermandorfer has clerked for three members of the Supreme Court’s conservative majority, including Justice Samuel Alito in 2018 and Justice Amy Coney Barrett during her inaugural 2020 term.

Prior to that, she clerked for then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh on the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge Richard Leon, also on the District Court for the District of Columbia.

Imagine for a nanosecond the type of nominee a President Kamala Harris would have put forth, and what background and “qualifications” he or she (not to be assumptive about pronoun selection, my Democrat friends) would have had. Shudder at the thought? Me, too.
