Twisted teacher Alissa McCommon, 38, who got pregnant after raping boy, 12, learns her fate

Teacher Alissa McCommon, who got pregnant after raping a Tennessee schoolboy, was sentenced to 25 years behind bars.

In addition to her lengthy jailtime, McCommon, 38, will also be required to register as a sex offender after she took a plea deal on Friday.

She admitted to committing a series of serious offenses, including rape of a child and various counts of statutory rape, aggravated statutory rape, sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means, and solicitation of a minor for aggravated statutory rape.

As part of her guilty plea, the ex-teacher will face lifelong community supervision and will not have the possibility of parole, as reported by Fox 13 Memphis.

Additionally, she is forbidden from contacting her victims or her new baby, who is under the care of the grandmother. Furthermore, McCommon has had her teaching certification revoked.

McCommon, who worked as a fourth-grade teacher at Charger Academy, may have up to 21 victims, between the ages of 12 and 17, according to Fox 13 Memphis.

‘Your mind is sick and twisted for looking at a child and being turned on,’ one of the victim’s mother said in court on Friday.

‘I loved you like family, opened my doors to you. You used our friendship to hurt me and the people I love in this world, took innocence from my son before puberty, took what was supposed to be a great experience and tainted it.

‘The innocent child will be loved and raised without your influence. There’s no amount of time they can give you that will equal what God will give you. You will burn in hell.’

McCommon’s child was confirmed through DNA to belong to one of the victims.

She had called the father of her child nearly 200 times, played videos games with him, sent sexual photos to him on Snapchat and even threatened to kill herself if he broke off the relationship, according to WREG.

Five of her victims testified against her and the teacher got to the children by befriending their mothers, according to the outlet.

An investigation into her was announced in 2023 after a 16-year-old boy told police she had performed oral sex on him when he was 12, according to ABC 24.

McCommon was arrested on September 8, but posted her $25,000 bail the next day on the promise she wouldn’t contact the victim or any minors.

Weeks later, police were informed she had contacted the baby daddy using a different phone number and she was re-arrested on September 28.

McCommon told the victim he would ‘regret doing this’ and admitted to having a sexual encounter with him.

The threatening phone call to the 12-year-old was recorded, and played aloud in court at a hearing in October 2023.

Her lawyer had insisted the voice was not hers and that the text messages could have come from anyone.

‘It’s not a registered phone, it’s just some random number,’ Mason told Fox News Digital prior to her guilty plea.

The twisted educator’s own two children were withdrawn from school last year after they were bullied following their mother’s arrest.

‘There are victims, arguably, on both sides of this case, regardless of her guilt or innocence,’ her attorney Jere Mason said at the time. ‘She’s got two minor children herself.

‘They’ve had to pull them out of school, and they’re experiencing some ridicule.’
