Andrew Tate ‘pointed gun at Brit accuser’ and told another that he had ‘killed before’, chilling new court docs show

ANDREW Tate has been accused of pointing a gun at the face of one of his British accusers, new court documents have revealed.

The self-proclaimed misogynist allegedly then told the woman “you’re going to do as I say or there’ll be hell to pay”.

The shocking allegations are described in court documents submitted by four women – all of whom claim that Tate used sexual violence against them.

The documents contain detailed accounts of alleged rape, assault and coercive control.

And one woman claims that Tate convinced her he had killed before.

But Tate has denied all the claims against him calling them a “pack of lies” and a “gross fabrication”.

One woman has reported that in 2015, Tate repeatedly grabbed her by the throat, struck her with a belt, and threatened her with a gun.

Another woman stated that in the same year, Tate choked her during a sexual encounter without her agreement and asserted his possessiveness by threatening harm to anyone who spoke to her.

Lastly, a third woman alleged that in 2013, the influencer made disturbing comments before engaging in unwanted sexual activity with her, while also asserting ownership over her.

The final woman claims that Tate used phrases including “I own you” and “I’m going to kill you” and had strangled her during sex until she passed out in 2014.

Tate has denied all the claims and insists that the women “were not controlled and did not behave as though they were controlled” by him.

Tate’s solicitor said: “These allegations are vehemently denied and will be fully contested in court.

“The claims, including the reference to a firearm, were thoroughly investigated by the police at the time.

“No firearm was recovered during police searches.

“When the matter was referred to the Crown Prosecution Service, they concluded there was insufficient prospect of conviction and chose not to charge Mr Tate with any offence.

“Given the specifics of the claim, one can see why they reached that decision.”

A spokesperson for Mr Tate added: “Mr Tate categorically denies these unproven and untested allegations.

“Specifically, he denies ever threatening anyone with a firearm, engaging in non-consensual acts, or subjecting any individual to physical or psychological harm.

“These are civil claims, brought years after the alleged events and following a CPS decision not to pursue criminal charges.

“It is deeply troubling that such graphic and one-sided accounts are being publicised before any judicial assessment has taken place.

“This type of reporting undermines the presumption of innocence and shapes public perception in a way that is fundamentally unjust.

“We have seen other high-profile cases where similarly serious allegations collapsed under scrutiny—but only after irreparable reputational harm had already been done.”

This comes after Tate’s girlfriend revealed bruises she claimed were from when he “attacked” her during sex.

Bri Stern, 24, posted pictures and videos to social media showing the injuries allegedly inflicted during violent sex.

A video showed bruises and swelling on the side of a tearful Bri’s face, reportedly taken in the bathroom directly after the alleged violence.

A separate picture showed the model with a misshapen face and reddened skin.

Tate, 38, is accused of choking Bri and failing to stop even when she begged him to during rough sex on March 11.

Bri claimed Tate got more violent as she pleaded with him – but shockingly revealed she “still loves him”, speculating she could have Stockholm syndrome.

The abuse is alleged to have happened at a Beverly Hills hotel, where Bri then walked out on him for good.

She described feeling like she was slipping out of consciousness during the alleged assault.

Bri has filed a sexual assault case against the social media influencer.

But Tate’s lawyer described the allegations as “fake news” and vehemently denied the claims.

Text messages allegedly sent to Bri by Tate were revealed after she filed a police report.

In the messages, Tate, 38, allegedly tells her that he wants to “beat the f**k out of you” and boasts about how she “deserves it”.

He also told the model that there was “no point in having you” if he didn’t “beat and impregnate you”.

Tate’s four accusers are bringing a civil case against him at the High Court after the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to prosecute in 2019.

Three of the British accusers were the subject of an investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary which was closed in 2019.

Tate and his brother Tristan are also facing allegations in Romania.

The toxic pair have been accused of trafficking minors, sexual intercourse with a minor and money laundering.

And another case against them, in which they are accused of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, has been sent back to prosecutors.

The brothers are due to be extradited to the UK following the conclusion of proceedings in Romania.

This comes after Bedfordshire Police secured a European arrest warrant for further separate allegations of rape and human trafficking involving different women.
