A 26-year-old New Hampshire man has been indicted on dozens of counts related the the sexual assault of multiple children.
The Manchester Police Department revealed that Alexander Haggie, who was first taken into custody in October 2024, has recently been charged with 40 offenses. These include aggravated felonious sexual assault, witness tampering, and assault.
He’s being held on preventative detention before a scheduled arraignment on February 24.
Police did not release any information about Haggie’s victims.
Following the investigation, Haggie’s girlfriend, Nicole Menard, aged 29, was arrested in November. She was later released after posting a $500 bail. Menard is facing indictment on two counts of witness tampering and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. These charges are linked to one of the victims associated with Haggie. Her court appearance is set for February 21.
Haggie’s extensive list of charges encompasses various serious crimes. These include multiple counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, witness tampering, indecent exposure to a minor, soliciting sex from a child, assault, strangulation, criminal threatening, sexual assault, prohibited use of computer services, and transmitting inappropriate images to a minor. The charges also involve acts of gross lewdness and endangerment of a child, as well as simple assault.
