Law enforcement reportedly searched an Alabama home on Wednesday amid the ongoing search for a 1-year-old boy who has not been seen since September.
According to WMBA, individuals were spotted on the Fayette County premises wielding shovels. The land is owned by the relatives of Kahleb Collins, who went missing on December 9, a day following the tragic accident that claimed the lives of his father, Steven Collins, aged 40, and his 2-year-old sister, Ryleigh Collins, on County Road 73 in Fayette County.

Kahleb Collins was not involved in the car crash, in which his mother sustained severe injuries. Authorities suspect that Collins disappeared on September 4, ultimately leading to the arrest of his grandfather, John Bailey, aged 50, for neglecting to report his grandson’s absence.
Initial reports suggested that Steven Collins was speeding at 95 miles per hour when he lost control of the vehicle, crashing into a tree. Law enforcement officials indicated that neither parent was using seatbelts at the time of the incident, and their young daughter was not secured in a car seat.
Bailey, who was arrested on December 11, remains jailed on a $100,000 bond.
