A man in Germany went on a stabbing spree, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to three others.
The attacker targeted employees at a utility company, prompting emergency responders to conduct a large-scale operation.

Authorities in Germany have launched a police investigation into the incident, which took place in Mellrichstadt, where the company is situated.
They added: “A police operation is currently underway in Mellrichstadt. Police officers and emergency services are on scene in large numbers.”
It is understood that the suspect, 21, is already in police custody.
There is currently no information on the suspect’s motive behind the fatal attack.
German media outlet Bild reports that the office building in Mellrichstadt belonged to Überlandwerke Rhön.
A police spokesman said: “Caring for the injured is our top priority, as is clarifying the exact circumstances of the crime.”
