Taking to X, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy shared his thoughts on Bill Belichick’s CBS Sunday Morning interview.

One loyal Patriots supporter shared that he usually watched CBS Sunday Morning for its positive content, but was surprised to find himself feeling uncomfortable during Belichick’s interview on the show.

His regular Sunday routine involved coffee and tuning into the program for its feel-good vibes. However, the recent interview with Belichick was far from the expected non-controversial content.

The fan expressed his shock at the awkwardness of the interview, mentioning that it made him feel uneasy to the point of squirming in his seat.

Portnoy also added to his post a controversial scene from the interview, where Hudson could be seen abruptly interrupting the conversation between Belichick and host Tony Dokoupil to shut down a question about their relationship.

Dokoupil had asked Belichick how he met Hudson, but before the legendary coach could respond, the former cheerleader interjected with, “We’re not talking about this.”

Social Media Users React To Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend’s Antics

In the comment section of Portnoy’s post, social media users expressed their opinion about Hudson’s antics.

“Something is off with him. He seems off,” a user said about Belichick. “The way she interrupted quickly to not let him answer how they met makes it very suspicious to me. Is she a handler for him? Strange.”

“The man is clearly terrified to say anything negative,” another user remarked. “Every man who has been in a bad relationship can spot this 10,000 miles away and wants to help him.”

“Jordan calling the shots even mid-interview and Bill cowering to her is hilarious,” a third individual mentioned.

Several other users also slammed Hudson for dating Belichick despite their nearly 50-year age gap.

“No normal 24-year-old woman wants to date a 73-year-old man. It would be like dating your grandfather,” an individual remarked. “At 24, I thought a 30-year-old guy was too old to date.”

Since Belichick and Hudson made their relationship public, they have received constant attention from social media users, particularly regarding their nearly 50-year age difference.

On one occasion, Hudson even responded to a troll named Abby, who questioned whether she was aware that her “relationship is insane,” per People Magazine.

“You do realize direct messaging a stranger on Instagram with the intent of harassing them regarding their own personal relationship is insane, right?” the former cheerleader replied the troll on her story with an image of the conversation.

Adding to her clapback, the Bridgewater State University alum corrected the critic’s punctuation herself and cheekily added, “Let me help you.”

Hudson then took it a step further, posting a poll for her followers asking which was “poorer,” “Abby’s manners” or “Abby’s punctuation skills.”

Months ago, Hudson appeared to justify her relationship with Belichick by sharing a post where she talked extensively about love.

“There is no objective criteria for what constitutes someone’s worthiness of love,” the 24-year-old wrote at the time, adding a cute photo of herself and the septuagenarian. “We do not need to justify ‘why’ we love a particular person.”

Hudson also mentioned that “Love does not discriminate against sex, skin color, religion, age, or ability,” nor does it “look the same every time you see it.”

“People and relationships, like everything else, are impermanent; even though love is eternal,” she added. “Love is not to be judged. It is never okay to harass or abuse a person based upon who they love.”
