A 25-year-old woman who was reported missing from Boonville, New York, was found dead in a small creek by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office. She was discovered on Tuesday morning after being reported missing late Monday night.

The Oneida County Sheriffs Office in New York is asking the public to help locate a missing woman from Boonville, last seen on Monday,
Police are searching for 25-year-old Emma May Lyon, who was last observed near Erwin Street in the Village of Boonville around 11:46 p.m. Monday night.
Lyon is described as a white female who stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs around 184 pounds. She has dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black coat, a green hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans, and light gray hiking boots.
Police are encouraging anyone with information about her whereabouts to reach out to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office at 315-736-0141.
