Paedos could face DEATH penalty for ‘murdering kids’ souls’ as Trump backs bid to get sickos ‘off streets permanently’

PAEDOPHILES could be facing the death penalty as Trump backs new House GOP bill to get predators “off the streets.”

According to reports, the President-elect is in complete favor of the new legislation, which mandates either the death penalty or life imprisonment for individuals accused of child sexual offenses.

Additionally, a separate bill included in this proposed set of laws stipulates that individuals found guilty of rape or sexual abuse against adults must face a minimum sentence of 30 years to life in prison, as outlined by Fox.

These three new bills were presented during the 119th Congress session on Tuesday by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna. Luna mentioned that she had a conversation with Trump about these bills over the past weekend and received enthusiastic support from him.

She said: “I got the impression that he absolutely is supportive of anything in this sector.”

She continued: “If you are raping someone, if you’re molesting someone, you are essentially murdering their soul.

“Those people never actually fully recover. I’ve actually sat on a committee with a very prominent [female House Democrat] who actually talked about the fact that she was molested as a child.

“And so you can see that it impacts and really hurts people.”

Luna said the death penalty aspect may put some people off but argued that child predators “cannot be rehabilitated.”

She said: “If you are going to continue to push forward in a moral society, [then] you need to ensure that people like this, that are predators, are taken off the streets permanently.”

Earlier in December, Trump vowed to “vigorously pursue” the death penalty to protect Americans from “violent rapists, murderers, and monsters” when he takes power on January 20.

His statement was in response to Joe Biden’s announcement that he had commuted the sentences of 37 out of 40 federal inmates on death row, converting them to life in prison without parole.

U.S. death penalty laws

THE death penalty in the United States is governed by both federal and state laws.

Its legality and application can vary depending on the jurisdiction.

The federal government allows the death penalty for certain crimes such as terrorism, espionage, treason, large-scale drug trafficking, and murder of a federal official or law enforcement officer.

The Federal Death Penalty Act (1994) provides the legal framework for death penalty procedures in federal cases, outlining offenses that are eligible for capital punishment and procedural protections for defendants.

As of now, 24 states permit the death penalty, while 23 have abolished it or have moratoriums.

Each state has its own laws regarding which crimes are punishable by death, usually limited to first-degree murder with aggravating circumstances (e.g., multiple murders, killing a police officer, or murder during a violent crime like robbery).

Lethal injection is the most common method of execution across the U.S., but some states have alternative methods, such as the electric chair, gas chamber, hanging, or firing squad, as secondary options or by choice of the condemned.

Some states have imposed moratoriums (temporary halts) on executions, such as California, Oregon, and Pennsylvania, even though the death penalty remains legal in those states.

There has been a growing trend toward abolition, as public opinion has shifted, concerns about wrongful convictions have arisen, and the costs of death penalty cases have increased.

Death penalty cases involve a complex and lengthy appeals process, which includes automatic appeals to higher courts.

This process is designed to ensure that convictions are accurate and that no constitutional rights were violated during the trial.

Defendants in capital cases are afforded specific protections, such as the right to effective legal counsel and mental health evaluations.

“As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters,” Trump

“As soon as I am inaugurated, I will direct the Justice Department to vigorously pursue the death penalty to protect American families and children from violent rapists, murderers, and monsters,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

During his first term in office, in 2017, Trump restarted federal executions after a nearly 20-year pause.

The move led to the executions of 13 people.

Chemical castration

A number of countries have introduced chemical castration as a punishment – mainly to serious sexual crimes.

In some cases, chemical castration is used in return for lesser sentences.

As it stands, chemical castration is legal in:

  • Pakistan
  • South Korea
  • US – California, Florida, Guam, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana and Wisconsin
  • Czech Republic
  • Ukraine
  • Nigeria
  • Indonesia
  • Poland
  • Estonia
