Despite no one winning the $541 million jackpot in the Mega Millions drawing held on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, lottery officials have confirmed that two tickets did hit a $1 million prize. Surprisingly, both winning tickets were purchased at the same location in Holmes County.
According to the Ohio Lottery, the two winning $1 million tickets were bought at Buckeye Deli in Nashville, Ohio. One of the tickets was an auto-pick selection, while the other ticket had numbers manually chosen by the player.
That means both of winning tickets narrowly missed the monstrous jackpot for failing to match the Mega Ball.
But that’s not all… The Ohio Lottery says there were thousands of others winners throughout the state, which are listed below:
The lucky Mega Millions numbers were 52, 60, 61, 66, 67 and Mega Ball 23. The Megaplier option for this drawing was 4x.
As a result of no jackpot winners, the Mega Millions grand prize has now increased to $579 million, with a cash option of $276.6 million. The upcoming drawing is scheduled for 11 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 6.
