THIS is the shocking moment a vile Kremlin propagandist urges Vladimir Putin to consider hanging any Brit caught fighting for Ukraine.
A well-known supporter of Putin is proposing that Russia should start conducting public executions for those who defy the dictatorship during an angry and aggressive TV tirade.
Vladimir Solovyov told his pro-Putin audience that the death penalty is the only viable punishment for people working for Kyiv’s special services.
He said any “terrorist act and sabotage” should be dealt with through the “highest form of social protection” which he viewed as death.
In the past, prisoners of war have been held in dingy Russian cells as officials try to work out a prisoner swap deal with the enemy.
Solovyov went on to imply that Brits caught on the battlefield should receive the worst fate due to their international aid and be hanged.
In the chilling rant he said: “I believe that we are obliged to observe our traditions.
“That is why we need to publicly hang accomplices of Nazism and Nazi traitors.
“Everyone has simply understood that the jokes are over, there will be no British exchanges.
“That’s it, the jokes are over.”
The strange spiel went on as he told the huge number of viewers that he would actually allow Russian defectors to Ukraine to be spared.
In a strange scenario, Solovyov suggested that during his leadership, individuals could confess to changing loyalties by a specified date, without having to worry about being put to death.
Instead they would be jailed for a long period of time, he added.
If they refused to come forward and got caught after February 1, then they should also be barbarically executed, demanded the notorious mouthpiece.
He suggested, “For instance, on February 1, 2025, we could introduce a form of conditional amnesty, allowing individuals who collaborated with Ukrainian intelligence to confess their actions without fear of punishment.”
“Under a simplified scheme, [they will receive] not life sentences, but significantly less.
“[Those who do not admit guilt]..that’s it, the death penalty.”
At least one British national is known to be held by Putin’s forces at the moment.

The fate of British PoW
Several Brits have been captured by Russia in the past few years of the conflict with one of them being brave Aiden Aslin.
The 31-year-old soldier from Newark-on-Trent has openly spoken about the torment he faced as a PoW since he was released.
He says grim torture methods are systematic and “standard treatment” for people in Russian captivity.
Aiden was captured by the Russians in April 2022, while fighting as a Ukrainian Marine in Mariupol.
His battalion was cornered after they ran out of food and ammo at the bloody siege and were forced to surrender.
He was sentenced to death two months later and became the face of propaganda footage used by Russian-backed forces.
He was only released in September 2022, in a shock last-minute prison deal brokered with Saudi Arabia.
In his first interview since being freed, a brave Aslin told The Sun on Sunday how he was beaten up, stabbed and forced to listen to Soviet songs in a tiny cell for 24 hours a day.
He revealed that he was starved of sunlight and only allowed out to film propaganda videos and take calls with the Foreign Office.
His captors played the Russian national anthem on a loop and ordered him to stand and sing it or be beaten again.
Another freed PoW is former British squaddie Shaun Pinner.
Putin’s forces captured him in April 2022 and held him in jail for six months.
He was plunged into a purgatory of torture and starvation which eventually saw him sentenced to death and labelled a “Nazi mercenary terrorist”.
