After the game, Serena appeared to be in high spirits as she posed for photos with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, who is a co-founder of Pinterest. The couple was joined by their eldest daughter, seven-year-old Olympia, while their youngest, 21-month-old Adira, was not present at the match.

To announce his latest business investment in the championing team, the American entrepreneur revealed the move on LinkedIn earlier this week.
He wrote: ‘I’ve bet big on women’s sports before – and I’m doing it again. I’m proud to announce that I’m joining Chelsea FC Women as an investor and board member.
‘I’m honoured for the chance to help this iconic club become every American’s favorite WSL team and much, much more.’
Ohanian also posted pictures on his social media of Chelsea kits with the names of his children, Olympia and Adira, on the back.

The WSL champions targeted a domestic treble today when they faced Manchester United in the final.
