Signs of Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly’s Relationship Troubles Emerge as Pair Calls It Quits Following Pregnancy Announcement

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have split just weeks after announcing they were expecting their first child together.

Fox, 38, and MGK, 34, real name Colson Baker, ended their romance over Thanksgiving weekend while together in Vail, Colorado, per TMZ.

The Transformers star is around six months pregnant and is set to welcome their child in March.

According to reports, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly broke up shortly after announcing her pregnancy. The reason for the split was an incident where Fox discovered concerning content on MGK’s phone during a trip, leading her to ask him to leave early. Following this, the musician left the trip, and they have not met since then.

Since beginning their romance in 2020, the duo have famously had a passionate and rocky on-off relationship.  

However there have been more signs in recent days suggesting not all is well in paradise.  

ENGAGEMENT CALLED OFF

In March, during an appearance on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan revealed she and MGK had ended their engagement at some point.

During an interview, host Alex Cooper inquired about the nature of Fox and MGK’s relationship, as it had garnered much public attention. With the engagement news, subsequent cancellation, and the current uncertain status, Cooper asked Fox to describe the status of her relationship with MGK.

Megan responded: ‘I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption, so I think as of now, I don’t have a comment on like the status of the relationship per say.

‘What I can say is that is what I refer to as being my twin soul and there will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow.

‘Beyond that I’m not willing to explain. But all those things you said were accurate things that have occurred and I can see them being confusing or interesting to people and them being like, ‘What’s up?”

Her final comment confirmed speculation she had ended her engagement from Kelly. Despite the engagement ending, the duo remained together. 

MACHINE GUN KELLY HAS ‘NO RELATIONSHIP’ WITH MEGAN’S EX

Following the couple’s pregnancy announcement, it was reported that Machine Gun Kelly has ‘no relationship’ with Megan’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green.

According to TMZ, the rapper-turned-rocker hasn’t spoken or seen Green, 51, in two years and hasn’t made much of an effort to be a ‘father figure’ to Fox’s kids. 

Fox shares three sons — Noah, Bodhi and Journey — with Green, whom she divorced in 2020 after a decade of marriage. 

TMZ reported that Machine Gun Kelly last crossed paths with Green in 2022 when he accompanied Fox to one of her sons’ school functions.

Sources who were in attendance claimed that Green tried to ‘break the ice’ by cordially approaching MGK during the event.

However, the greeting didn’t go as planned as MGK is said to have offered ‘nothing more than an unenthused ‘What up” to Green.

He also refused to make eye contact with Green during the encounter, making it clear that he was not interested in befriending the Beverly Hills, 90210 star.

This was reportedly the last time that MGK and Green have spoken to or seen one another. 

Sources told the outlet that Green would like the Rap Devil hitmaker to involve himself more in his and Fox’s kids’ lives. 

But when it comes to the possibility of Green forming an amicable relationship with MGK in the future, the insider said: ‘That ship has sailed.’

In November, the duo were scheduled to attend the GQ Men of the Year event in Los Angeles, but when they arrived, Fox remained in their Rolls-Royce, while the rapper  entered the party alone.

Witnesses say MGK stayed at the party for about 45 minutes to an hour before exiting and returning home with the mother-to-be, who was waiting for him in the vehicle during the bash. 

Kelly looked dapper in a black and white polka vest and matching pants with a cap sleeve black button down shirt that showcased his toned and tattooed arms. 

Fox looked gorgeous as she sat in the back seat of their car with a driver and security guard in the front seat. She appeared to be wearing black and in full makeup.

MEGAN AND MGK WERE ‘PROACTIVE IN THERAPY’ FOLLOWING UPS AND DOWNS

The then-couple reportedly had been ‘proactive in therapy’ amid their tumultuous relationship, Us Weekly reported last month.

A source shared that the couple were ‘on a much better path in their relationship’ in light of the pregnancy.

‘They’ve always been rocky and had their ups and downs, but they have been proactive in therapy and very spiritual and honest with one another,’ the source said.

Insiders claimed that Megan and Machine Gun Kelly’s friends fear the rapper has ‘indirectly’ revealed the sex of their child public.

The couple delighted fans in November when they revealed they would be welcoming their first child together, with the actress showcasing her baby bump in an edgy photoshoot.

And another boy could be joining her brood next year.

‘They know the sex of the baby, and they haven’t told many people,’ a source exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com.

‘But Colson keeps mentioning that he would love to have a baby boy, which friends feel is him indirectly telling people the sex of the child.’
