Elon Musk's 'baby mama' Ashley St. Clair shows rare delivery room photo of newborn baby

Elon Musk’s alleged baby mama Ashley St. Clair shared a rare delivery room photo of her and her newborn son that she sent to the billionaire in a new court filing.

St. Clair gave birth to her son, who is only referred to as R.S.C. in court documents, in September 2024 and is now taking her alleged baby daddy to court for custody and a paternity test.

In the filing, the 26-year-old mother included screenshots of messages she sent to the SpaceX CEO when their child was born.

In the sweet photo, St. Clair could be seen in the delivery room with her freshly born son crying while wrapped in towels.

She sent the photo to Musk, who she claims was not present for the birth of the child, over a text message shared in the exhibits of her filing.

He hearted the message before asking: ‘All well?’

The new mom replied: ‘He is perfect.’

‘I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,’ the Tesla CEO replied.

In another, St. Clair sent him a selfie of her and a friend, to which Musk replied: ‘Hi cutie.’ She then texted him back, saying: ‘Hi, see u soon.’

The X owner then responded: ‘I want to knock you up again’.

Also included in the court documents, which were filed in the Supreme Court of New York on Friday, was a photo of Musk holding his newborn child.

The billionaire appeared to be making a face at the little boy, who was swaddled a cozy onesie while his father used his cell phone.

St. Clair also revealed that the child currently has her last name for security reasons, as the child was born during a politically contentious time for the South African immigrant as it was weeks before the 2024 presidential election.

‘If I make a mistake on security, [the child] will never know his father,’ Musk had allegedly messaged St. Clair, according to the court exhibits.

‘That’s why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E. And why he has my last name,’ she had replied.

‘Necessary for now,’ he replied. ‘Only the paranoid survive. The threat level will reach insane levels until the election is decided. Loose lips sink ships.’

Musk’s thirteenth kid was allegedly conceived on the island of St. Bart’s over the New Year holiday in early 2024.

At the time, the DOGE head was celebrating the holiday with his son X Æ A-Xii, also known as X, while gripped in a bitter custody battle with his ex-girlfriend Grimes.

St. Clair claimed to have been on the trip and that she had not been sexually intimate with anyone other than the Space X CEO.

‘I did not have sexual intercourse with any other male during the time the child was conceived,’ she wrote in the petition for a paternity test.

Photos emerged of Musk on the island from the same timeframe that the lawsuit claimed he and St. Clair conceived the child.

Musk also allegedly agreed to take a paternity test within six months of the child’s birth, who was born in September 2024.

If he is deemed the father, St. Clair’s child will change his last name to Musk.

The influencer has also said in the filing that the DOGE Chief has had no involvement in the upbringing of her son.

St. Clair says that Musk has only met the boy three times and that she is the only parent to make decisions on the child’s behalf.

She claims that the Musk first met the boy on September 21, 2024, in New York City, where she resides, for two hours.

The three are then said to have spent one hour together the following day, followed by a trip to Austin, Texas, in which he met the boy for 30 minutes.

She claims that Musk hasn’t expressed any interest in having custody.

Musk did not immediately respond to the DailyMail.com’s request for comment through his Tesla public relations email.
