A teacher who is married receives a new look in prison for suggesting to boys under 18, wearing Scream masks, to engage in group activities with her.

A married teacher accused of soliciting underage boys to participate in a ‘gangbang’ while wearing Scream masks has recently surfaced in a new mugshot, looking disheveled after spending several weeks in custody.

Brittany Fortinberry, 31, was taken into custody last month on charges of alleged sexual assault against a 15-year-old male student. Additionally, she stands accused of sending inappropriate messages, images, and videos to other minors at Eminence High School in Martinsville, Indiana, where she was employed as a teacher.

The victim had claimed there were at least 10 others, and since her arrest, five more alleged victims have come forward.

Fortinberry is now facing dozens of charges, as she remains behind bars at the Morgan County Jail.

During her confinement, Fortinberry was briefly relocated from the local jail to Marion County for an unspecified legal procedure before being returned to Morgan County, according to reports from TMZ.

When she returned, Fortinberry was photographed for a new mugshot.

No longer flaunting bleach blonde locks, she is seen with her hair pulled back, wearing an orange jumpsuit and a pair of large black glasses with bags under her eyes. 

She now faces a divorce from her husband of four years, whom cops say was aware of the abuse.

The married former teacher is facing a slew of charges for allegedly sexually assaulting at least 10 underage boys – which cops say her husband, Nicholas (right), knew about 

Police have claimed that Fortinberry, a mother-of-four, told her students at two different junior high schools that she dreamed of having sex with them, and would ply underage boys with alcohol and magic mushrooms before she would assault them.

She was first arrested after a grandmother told police the teacher had abused her grandson when he was just 15 years old.

The boy’s grandmother further claimed Fortinberry sent him graphic messages and sent him on a trip, where she allegedly threatened to kill herself if he told anyone about the abuse.

‘[The boy] said that it was no different than a 30-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl. [The boy] said it was child molestation and he’s there because he doesn’t want her to molest more kids,’ court documents obtained by WRTV read.

During an ensuing investigation, cops found a stripper pole and other sexual paraphernalia described by the students inside her home, and she was taken into  custody.

Following the arrest, one of Fortinberry’s friends also claimed her son had been groomed by the teacher, according to an affidavit seen by DailyMail.com

The friend detailed how Fortinberry allegedly showered her son in expensive football gifts and tried to message him repeatedly on Snapchat until she told her son to block the teacher on the social media app. 

When she then heard of the teacher’s arrest, the friend said she asked her son about her interactions with Fortinberry – and he began to cry as he detailed how she would send him sexually explicit videos of herself and provide him with drugs and what he suspected was alcohol, the document states.

Fortinberry, a mother-of-four, has blamed her alleged actions on her weight loss

The boy explained to detectives that Fortinberry, ‘would always make him food and would buy him anything he wanted’ including ‘vapes, weed, and THC carts (cartridges)’, according to his affidavit.

He made claims about several instances where Fortinberry allegedly plied him and friends with mushroom pills before encouraging them to touch her sexually.

‘Brittany would peer pressure them if they didn’t want to take the shrooms,’ the affidavit reads. ‘Brittany would grab their arm she would say, “just let it happen”.’

His mom also told cops that her son claimed that, ‘Brittany would put the shrooms on a peanut butter sandwich so they couldn’t taste them’. 

In one instance, the boy claimed, Fortinberry picked him and two friends up and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night.

Once there, the then 13-year-old alleged Fortinberry ordered him and his two friends to have group sex with her, despite the youngsters all being underage. 

‘Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her,’ the affidavit states.

That was a reference to the famous black and white ‘ghostface’ mask worn by the killers in the Scream series of horror movies.

The alleged victim went on to claimed that Fortinberry told him she would masturbate over his school photos, according to the filings.

His mom also told cops that she had allegedly seen a video that Fortinberry sent to her son of her which showed her carrying out a sexual act with his boxers.

Making matters worse, the boy claimed Fortinberry’s husband Nicholas Fortinberry was aware of the alleged abuse and threatened to ‘slaughter him in front of his family’ if he spoke about it.

‘Brittany’s husband knew about the things that were going on,’ the boy’s account in the affidavit reads.

‘Brittany’s husband talked to them about not telling anybody and if they did that he would kill them in front of their family.

‘Brittany told them afterwards that they better not tell anybody. 

‘Brittany’s husband also told them to wait until they were 16 […] this happened around the time the gangbang took place.’ 

The teacher was ‘immediately suspended from her role within Eminence Community Schools after the allegations first emerged in August, and she resigned one day later

The other three alleged victims made equally graphic claims, saying the former teacher sent nude photographs and videos via social media and spent hundreds of dollars on weed, vapes and clothing for the alleged victims.

One child claimed he was sent topless photos by Fortinberry, who also allegedly showed off her sex toys and stripper poles in a series of obscene messages. 

The teacher has since blamed her actions on her weight loss, saying she regretted losing 150lbs and would have acted differently if she was still heavier.

Still, she was ‘immediately suspended’ from her role with Eminence schools after the allegations emerged in August last year, and she resigned one day later.

‘The welfare and safety of our students is the top priority of the Eminence Community Schools,’ the district said.

‘As such, the School Corporation has been and will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement and the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office in this matter.’

Her husband, Nicholas, is also facing charges of intimidation and failure to report a crime

He has filed for divorce from his wife, and is seeking temporary custody of their four-year-old son as well as temporary possession of their home (pictured) 

She is now due back in court on April 3 for a bond hearing, and is scheduled to face a jury trial on June 25. 

Meanwhile, Nicholas is also facing charges of intimidation and failure to report a crime, according to WTHR.

But as the police investigation into his wife began last month, he filed for divorce, TMZ reports.

He is seeking temporary custody of their four-year-old child and temporary possession of their home, court documents show.
