“We do know that there is a long road ahead,” Ruth Wisniewski, the creator of the fundraiser, said.
She revealed that the influencer has left behind seven kids, who have suffered a “great loss.”
“He wanted to make sure they were taken care of if anything happened to him,” Wisniewski added.
“Bobby is family to many of us. Some by blood, some not. Family is Family.”
Oliver, known as Mr. TeaKO, went viral in 2020 following a video that showed him having an altercation with a white Circle K shopper in Elyria, Ohio.
He hurled a can of Twisted Tea at a man who was allegedly hurling vile slurs, per The New York Post.
Then, a brawl broke out inside the store and several punches were thrown.
Oliver reportedly told the shopper, who was hurling insults, to say the slur to his face.
He then spoke out about the ordeal.
He told the Mark One Sports podcast in 2020 he was getting irritated by the white shopper’s insults.
Oliver claimed the shopper was being racist to store’s employees.
“I’m like, ‘C’mon bro, stop saying the word,” he told the podcast.
“Why you shouting out n****r, bro?”
The shopper supposedly told Oliver that his mother allowed him to say the word.
He revealed he called his wife after smashing the can of tea in the shopper’s face.
As I entered the car and began driving, I mentioned to my wife, “I accidentally struck a man in the face with a can,”
The moment was shared on social media and sparked a flurry of discussion.
More than 56,000 users liked the post and over 14,000 retweeted it.
OIiver revealed he was never quizzed by cops about the incident.
