TIKTOKER Emilie Kiser made a heartbreaking confession in a lawsuit she filed – weeks after her son died.
Trigg Kiser died days after a pool accident at the family’s home in Arizona earlier this month.

Cops continue to probe the drowning incident, but the influencer has filed a lawsuit in a bid to stop details about Trigg’s death being released.
According to court documents seen by The Arizona Republic, attorneys representing the family disclosed that she is experiencing what is described as “every parent’s worst nightmare.”
“Emilie is trying her best to be there for her surviving son, 2-month-old Theodore,” it said.
“But every day is a battle.”
The lawsuit was filed over privacy concerns, as reported by NBC News.
Cops ruled that Trigg’s death was accidental but medical examiners have since removed his report.
Just weeks before his death, Emilie gushed about cherishing time with her son.
She shared a snap just weeks before Theodore was born.
“Soaking up every last moment as a fam of 3 (plus the pups,” she captioned the post.
The incident in the pool unfolded on May 12 and Trigg died six days later.
Hours before the accident, she shared a video of Trigg in bed with his dad, Brady.
In the now heartwrenching clip, Brady was seen smiling at the toddler.
“I can not believe they are mine,” she captioned the clip.
Brady and Trigg had their hands on Theodore.
Comments underneath the video have been turned off.
The clip was one of the last videos she uploaded on her TikTok account.
Emilie has four million followers on the social media site.
And, he died just weeks after Emilie welcomed Theodore into the world.
She shared a picture of herself and Brady cradling the newborn.
“We love you so much and our hearts feel like they are going to burst,” she wrote.
“I am so grateful for a smooth delivery, a healthy baby and the best husband.”
Trigg would’ve turned four on July 14.
