TWO people have died after a plane crash landed in the woods just minutes after taking off.
A small plane took off from Covington Municipal Airport in Georgia on Saturday night but tragically crashed only 20 minutes later.

Both people on board died instantly in the crash, officials believe.
The single engine aircraft left the Georgia airport just after 11pm, according to the Covington Police Department.
Newton County officers were quickly alerted to fears over the aircraft when it appeared on tracking data to be in free fall.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) contacted authorities around 11:21pm that same night, raising concerns about a small aircraft that had lost communication right after taking off.
Officers found the wreckage of the plane in the woods just north of the runway a short time after the first alarms were raised.
The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are now set to investigate the cause of the crash.
It comes just days after Motley Crue singer Vince Neil’s private jet crashed into a parked plane on a runway – leaving the pilot dead.
In another unfortunate incident, the rock star’s partner sustained injuries when the plane she was on veered off the runway during landing at Scottsdale Municipal Airport in Arizona around 2:45pm on Monday.
CCTV footage caught the jet veering to the left off the tarmac and into the dirt as the pilot appeared to lose control and head straight towards the idle flight.
The Learjet 35A smashed into the underside of the much bigger Gulfstream 200 and collapsed to the ground with the cockpit caved in.
Neil’s private jet had arrived from Austin, Texas, with the main left gear reportedly failing upon landing.
This shock plane disaster came just days after another horrifying private jet crash in Philadelphia.
All six people on board were killed when the aircraft plummeted just 30 seconds after it took off.
One of the people on board was 11-year-old Valentina Guzman Murillo who had just undergone life-saving treatment.
Valentina had been in recovery after undergoing a major medical procedure back in September and was heading home to Mexico on the medical transport jet.
She was flying with her mom Lizeth Murillo Ozuna, 31, who was confirmed as a victim by the mayor of Ensenada, Mexico.
Also killed in the crash were Captain Alan Alejandro Montoya Perales, Copilot Josue de Jesus Juarez Juarez, Dr. Raul Meza Arredondo and paramedic Rodrigo Lopez Padilla.
A driver on the ground was the seventh victim when the plane smashed into a busy road.
