Police in Georgia are searching for the killer of a man found shot to death in the middle of a self-service car wash bay on Monday.
The Marietta Police department received a 911 call around 8 p.m. about a man who was found lying in the middle of a car wash bay. The caller informed the authorities that the man was motionless and might require immediate medical help.
Officers found that the man, identified as 59-year-old Daniel Lanard Richardson Jr., had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police did not say if any vehicles connected to Richardson were found at the scene and specifically said no additional information would be released.
Investigators are asking for help figuring out who shot him and what led to the shooting.
