Columbus Police are investigation after three women were found shot to death in a home on the city’s south side Saturday afternoon.
Sgt. James Fuqua informed WBNS that the police received a call shortly before 4 p.m. from a 911 caller who said that some friends were found inside the house in a critical medical condition. Upon arrival, the police found the women already deceased.
Police said Sunday they were all fatally shot, but they have not released their identities.
Fuqua expressed that losing a life is always tragic, but it is especially difficult during the holiday season. The families of the victims will have a challenging time coming to terms with the loss of their loved ones.
No suspects are in custody, and police have not said if they’ve identified a suspect. They are working to figure how what led to the shooting.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Columbus Police Homicide Unit at 614-645-4730 or Central Ohio Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS (8477).
