It comes as Zelensky proposed an aerial truce with Moscow after a “massive” overnight missile blitz on Ukraine’s energy grid.

Trump mentioned on his Truth Social media platform that due to the current situation where Russia is significantly overpowering Ukraine in battle, he is contemplating imposing extensive banking sanctions, tariffs, and other sanctions on Russia until a ceasefire is achieved, along with a finalized peace agreement.

“To Russia and Ukraine, get to the table right now, before it is too late. Thank you!!!”
