According to insiders, Dan, aged 33, reportedly purchased a £1.3 million house without his wife’s knowledge last year. This move was seen as a way for him to secure his own future since his marriage with Jacqueline, aged 32, was deteriorating. It was revealed that Jacqueline was the sole owner of their £2 million family home.
Last night a source claimed: ‘Dan has fallen out of love with Jacqueline and there’s no way back for him.
‘Dan has told friends it’s over for him and while he won’t be rushing into a divorce, it’s not a question of if they will, but when.’
Meanwhile, the purchase left soap star Jac feeling ‘betrayed’ and it had ‘reignited old trust issues’.

Situated in Southend, Essex, the two-story house features an impressive open plan living and kitchen area equipped with modern amenities. Additionally, there is a luxurious bar located in a custom-made outbuilding.
Upstairs, there is a master suite with a custom dressing room and ensuite bathroom featuring double doors onto a specular private balcony.
Three other large bedrooms are located on the same floor, as well as a stunning family bathroom.
Fitness-obsessed Dan will no doubt be spending most of his time inside the property’s own large gymnasium, which looks out into the garden.
Dan and Jacqueline have two daughters together, Ella, aged ten, and Mia, aged six. Furthermore, Dan has an 11-year-old son named Teddy from a previous relationship with his ex-partner, Megan Tomlin.
Following months of rumours, the couple revealed last Sunday they had separated after almost eight years of marriage and over 10 years together, with Dan already spotted without his wedding ring.

‘He put the wheels in motion because he believed their relationship was coming to an end and with Jacqueline owning their marital home, he needed to look after his future.
‘It caused a blazing row between them and the trust, which was already fragmented, really suffered.’

Jacqueline previously described the abode as the couple’s ‘forever home’, sharing the moment she collected the keys with her followers.
