A Ukrainian woman in Dubai was discovered with severe injuries after reportedly falling from a height. Fortunately, her friends have provided an update stating that she has now regained consciousness.
Maria Kovalchuk, 20, has a broken spine and limbs and remains in hospital. Her body was found on a roadside in Dubai two weeks ago.
The young woman, known for her presence on OnlyFans, was supposed to attend a party but went missing under mysterious circumstances. Currently, she is unable to recollect any details of what transpired.
Friends expressed fears she had been kidnapped into ‘sexual slavery’ before being dumped, battered and bloodied, by her attackers.Â
Ms Kovalchuk has now ‘regained consciousness’ and ‘come back to her senses’ but cannot speak yet, according to reports.
Dubai police confirmed her injuries were the result of a fall from a height on a construction site.
The 20-year-old remains in hospital in Dubai though her life is no longer in danger.
She underwent several operations after being found in a critical condition without her passport, but is now ‘stable’, according to doctors.

Police in Ukraine on Saturday said they had opened a human trafficking case.
The article of the criminal code provides punishment for human trafficking, as well as recruiting, moving or hiding the victim for the purpose of exploiting them.
A ‘pre-trial investigation’ is underway in the country, and no further details of the case – launched by the main investigation department of the country’s national police in Lviv region – have been given.
No suspects were named.

Media reports say they had told her mother she was staying with two men and was cancelling a planned trip to Thailand on March 11.
The men ‘introduced themselves as representatives of the modelling business’.

Russian lawyer Katya Gordon said: ‘Model Maria Kovalchuk was found dying on the side of the road in the UAE after a party with Arab sheikhs.
‘She is currently in critical condition in hospital.
‘The scandal with the Porta Potty parties has been raging…for over a year.’
Her mother Anna said earlier of her daughter’s disappearance: ‘There is an assumption that she went to a party.
‘But the promoter who organised these parties did not see her.
‘Maria was [eventually] found in hospital in serious condition.
‘She has no documents, no phone, nothing.
‘She underwent three [now four] operations. And she cannot speak.’
Several reports have said her friends and family dispute the official version that she was alone on a construction site and fell.
Russian model Angelina Doroshenkova, 31, reported to be her friend, said: ‘We all hope for the best and are very grateful to everyone who took part in the search and helped with information.’
