Wisconsin police held a press conference on Tuesday, a day after a 15-year-old girl allegedly killed two people at her school.
Natalie Rupnow, known as Samantha, allegedly committed a shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, resulting in the deaths of a teacher and a student. Following the incident, she fatally shot herself. The Madison Police Chief, Shon F. Barnes, stated that they are unable to verify the validity of a manifesto that has been circulating.
An insider from law enforcement informed CNN that Rupnow had premeditated the shooting and expressed some of her troubles through written documents that are currently under police scrutiny.

Chief Barnes urged the public to provide any information regarding Rupnow’s social media presence, emphasizing that determining a motive is their primary focus. Although he did not disclose a specific motive, he hinted that it might involve a mix of various factors, including the possibility of bullying playing a role.
“Everyone was targeted in this incident,” he commented.
During Tuesday’s press conference. Barnes corrected previous reports that a second grader called 911 during Monday’s shooting. Barnes said the call came from a second-grade teacher.
Rupnow allegedly also wounded six students and a teacher. Their conditions remain unchanged, Barnes said.
