A Complete Unknown is not streaming on Netflix or Amazon, and likely will not be on Netflix any time soon, due to the fact that it is not a Netflix film. A Complete Unknown is a Searchlight Pictures release, which is a studio that is owned by Disney. While some Searchlight films go to Disney+, most end up on the more adult-friendly streamer Hulu, which is also owned by Disney.
You will be able to purchase A Complete Unknown on Prime Video eventually, when the movie becomes available to buy and rent on digital, but you will not be able to stream A Complete Unknown on Prime Video free with a Prime subscription anytime soon.
