Remember the controversy surrounding the CBS “60 Minutes” interview with Kamala Harris ahead of the 2024 election? The interview sparked outrage as it was discovered that portions of Harris’ response to a question about the Israel-Hamas conflict were edited out, leading to accusations of manipulation and bias.
It went from something that was basically incomprehensible to something that sounded a bit better, albeit was still pretty empty.

As the public demanded transparency, former CBS journalist Catherine Herridge and others urged CBS to release the full transcript and unedited footage of the interview. However, CBS chose not to comply with these requests, causing even more backlash and raising doubts about the network’s credibility as a news organization.
