Beyoncé's first night of Cowboy Carter tour descends into chaos as fight erupts in VIP lounge at SoFi Stadium

The opening night of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour quickly turned into chaos after a fight erupted in the VIP lounge at SoFi Stadium in California.

A group of women, all dressed in denim and cowboy attire, were seen brawling with each other just before things got physical Monday night.

After the performance, several unidentified women were observed shouting directly at each other while spectators and others urged them to cease their quarrel as they headed towards the exit.

One of the women, who was in a denim shirt, shorts, and white cowboy boots, seemed to want to distance herself from the group when another woman suddenly approached her and knocked her hat off.

Another female, dressed in a denim maxi dress, then appeared to get in between them to try and de-escalate the situation – but that didn’t happen.

The same Beyoncé fan who knocked the cowboy hat off, then charged at another concertgoer and aggressively pushed her to the ground.

The one who fell then tried to get back on her feet, but was brutally pushed back down by the same woman.

Three other women then joined the fight, as another was shoved to the ground.

A man then got in between them as the female in the red shirt picked up her belt from the floor and put it back on her waist.

‘I’m mad,’ a woman was heard saying as she watched the vicious brawl. ‘What’s going on?!’ another chimed in.

A man then said: ‘Another show after the Beyoncé show?’ as the male who stepped in helped one of the women get back on her feet.

Tensions seemed to cool down as two of the women, including the one who threw the initial swing, walked away.

‘She assaulted her,’ a man said. It is unclear what sparked the brawl and if anyone was arrested or injured.

DailyMail.com contacted SoFi Stadium for comment.

The acclaimed artist, who has won multiple Grammy awards, confidently displayed her attractive physique in a pair of small denim shorts matched with a shimmering silver top and fluffy thigh-high leg warmers during the debut night of her concert tour.

Amid the star’s spectacular show, there was a heartwarming moment when she brought out her rarely-seen daughter Rumi, seven, alongside eldest child Blue Ivy, 13.

The Halo singer – who kicked off her tour just over year and a half after she wrapped up her whirlwind Renaissance World Tour — notably didn’t bring out Rumi’s twin brother Sir Carter after making efforts to keep him out of the spotlight.

There’s been much speculation in recent weeks that Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour may not be as successful as once hoped.

Despite many being excited for her tour, Beyoncé has been beset by fears that she’s rushing into a ‘flop’ tour, after she has reportedly struggled to sell tickets for her upcoming shows despite winning her first-ever Grammy for Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter.

Earlier on Monday, there were more than 3,000 seats still available at SoFi Stadium, according to seating maps from Ticketmaster.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, an inside source maintained that resellers – individuals or businesses that scoop up mass amounts of concert tickets and resell them to fans for exorbitant prices – are largely to blame for limited attendance.

Still, the insider claimed Beyoncé and her husband Jay-Z were remaining hopeful and are ‘expecting more of her fans to buy tickets today and in the coming days if resale gets cheaper.’

Users online even compared the cost of resale tickets – some as low as $20 – to one of the limited edition Minecraft Movie Big Mac Meals from McDonald’s, which was around the same price.

‘Due to its low demand, Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour tickets ($20) are now cheaper than a McDonald’s Minecraft meal ($21.39),’ they wrote.

Shortly after the Single Ladies singer announced her tour in February, fans quickly complained about the jaw-dropping prices of tickets, which ranged from hundreds to even thousands of dollars.

Among those who attended the first show was CBS Mornings host Gayle King, who jetted off to space earlier this month on Jeff Bezos’s Blue Origin rocket for 11 minutes.

She took to Instagram to share that she and her good friend Oprah Winfrey, her daughter Kirby Bumpus, and friend Thando Dlomo were on their way to see Beyoncé.

She later uploaded snaps at the concert venue, in which the group were joined by director, producer, and playwright Tyler Perry.

While many of her followers were thrilled to see Gayle having a good time, some called her out for promoting yet ‘another tone-deaf experience.’

It comes after reports that the deposit for her ticket on Blue Origin cost an eye-watering $150,000.

Taking to the comments, one said: ‘Wealthy folks doing wealthy folks things.’

‘Another tone-deaf experience,’ said another. ‘Meanwhile people are struggling to put food on the table. Is there anything you do that’s for the good of the community?’

A third added: ‘Billionaire filth! Do something about our democracy. Be useful not rub our faces in your wealth!!!’

Following her first show, the pop superstar will perform across the US and Europe before closing out in Las Vegas on July 26.
