‘The Golden Bachelorette’s Chock Chapple Shares TMI Confession About His Sex Life With Joan Vassos On ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’

The Golden Bachelorette‘s Chock Chapple is getting candid about his sex life with Joan Vassos.

The couple, who met and became engaged during the first season of The Golden Bachelorette, made an appearance on today’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show to mark Valentine’s Day with a chat about love and relationships with host Drew Barrymore and actor Oliver Hudson.

Since their engagement on the ABC show, Chapple has discovered various things about his soon-to-be spouse, such as her habit of scouring for a parking spot for an hour. He has also grasped the importance of never touching her cell phone charger and her penchant for choosing his outfits.

While there were no red flags there, they revealed what the most challenging part of their relationship has been.

“We were aware as responsible adults of what we were signing up for,” Chapple shared. “We understood that we would be living in different locations for the time being. The only real difficulty at the moment is the traveling. Apart from that, everything is going smoothly. We have managed to meet almost every week,” he added.

As for what they were looking for in a relationship, Chapple said, “The importance of family, your morality, your ethics, your compatibility. I use that ‘c’ word all the time. You’ve got to be compatible.”

“They all go, ‘Well, you guys still having sex?’ Yes. Every chance we get,” he added.

Vassos, for her part, explained why she feels so comfortable talking about her sex life.

“We did choose to go on this dating show and if we want to be really authentic about what the journey looks like and what the relationship looks like now, that’s an important part of it,” she said. “To shy away from that and say I don’t want to embarrass my family or whatever, it’s just not being fair to the process.”

“So I encourage talking about it. It’s an important part of a relationship,” she continued. “Otherwise he’s just my friend. And I have lots of friends.”
