A New Jersey woman is accused of hiring a man she met on Tinder to kill her police officer ex-boyfriend and his daughter, according to authorities.Â
Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay from Camden County charged Jaclyn Diiorio, 26, with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, and one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance related to the purported crime.
Diiorio, a resident of Runnemede, reportedly expressed her desire to have her ex, a 53-year-old officer from the Philadelphia Police Department, and his 19-year-old daughter killed to a confidential informant she had met on the dating app Tinder, as stated by Gloucester Township Police in New Jersey.
Following their initial meeting on Tinder, Diiorio and the informant engaged in numerous phone calls and text exchanges. Subsequently, they met in person at a Wawa location, according to court records detailed by Fox News Digital.
Diiorio met the informant on April 4 in Gloucester Township, and gave him $500 in cash as an initial payment.Â

Police then took Diiorio into custody. She has a detention hearing on Wednesday.
