Three months after being surprised by images of her fiancé enjoying a close meal with another woman, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Donald Trump Jr. have reportedly ended their relationship, DailyMail.com can confirm.
As a consolation prize, President-elect Trump made Guilfoyle the ambassador to Greece.
A source close to the family shared: ‘Kimberly and Don are no longer a couple, at least not romantically. While their engagement has not been officially called off, they planned to make an announcement after the inauguration.’
Despite not being seen together in recent weeks, Kimberly, 55, and Don Jr., 46, seem to have moved on in their own ways. Don Jr. has reportedly been spending more time with Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, described as the new woman in his life whom he is reportedly smitten with.
The source said: ‘The truth is Don and Bettina are still very much together. He’s crazy about her.’
DailyMail.com first exposed his romance with the 38-year-old blonde when the pair were seen together canoodling over brunch in Palm Beach towards the end of the summer.
And most recently, exclusive DailyMail.com photos of the couple walking hand in hand after a cozy dinner in Palm Beach Monday night serve as further incontrovertible proof the soon-to-be First Son has moved on from his fiancée.

Now, though they have yet to officially announce the split, it seems all too clear that, as Don Jr.’s romance with Kimberly is in the rear-view mirror.
Meanwhile his relationship with Bettina is going from strength to strength.
As exclusively revealed by DailyMail.com, just this past weekend President-elect Donald Trump’s eldest son lavishly celebrated Bettina’s 38th birthday with her in the billionaire’s paradise of Palm Beach.
On Friday night Don Jr. treated Bettina to an extravagant birthday dinner, including a bottle of 2013 vintage Salon champagne which typically costs as much as $1,300.
Posting to her social media under the caption ‘S is for Spoiled,’ Bettina pictured the bottle being poured by a waiter and added: ‘How sweet it is to be loved by you,’ accompanied by the James Taylor song and a further nod to her new beau, ‘IYKYK,’ meaning, ‘If You Know, You Know.’
Bettina was treated to a birthday cake presented to her at the table but the icing on the evening was an astonishing 19-inch Y-shaped diamond necklace in 18-carat white gold.
With more than 100 jewels weighing in at 28.27 carats the piece was from Palm Beach’s Hamilton Jewelers, credited by Bettina in an earlier post titled ‘Birthday baubles.’
It is unclear if Bettina was loaned the piece for the evening, or if it was a birthday gift, but similar pieces fetch well over $100,000.
Guilfoyle had kept up appearances by continuing her work on the Trump campaign in the lead up to the election but has not been seen at Don Jr.’s side since mid November

Don Jr. stayed over Friday night with his new squeeze in her comparatively modest $860,000 three-bedroom town home before driving her to his father’s sprawling oceanfront Mar-a-Lago Club Saturday afternoon.
There, in a sign of the family’s acceptance of their relationship, her birthday celebrations continued with another cake.
This one, adorned with 10 candles, came with a credit to @officialvanessatrump – Don Jr’s ex-wife and a long-term friend of Bettina.
If there had been any doubt that Kimberly’s seat at the table has been well and truly filled by another it was scotched several weeks ago at Thanksgiving when Don Jr., 46, took to Instagram to post a celebratory picture of himself with the five children he shares with Vanessa, also 46.
Then, Don Jr. beamed with pride alongside the children he affectionately called, ‘the Smurfs,’ while his plump-lipped fiancée was nowhere in sight.
So glaring was her absence that beady-eyed fans took to the comments section to demand, ‘Where’s Kimberly?’ with some even speculating that a re-union between Don Jr and the wife he divorced six years ago was on the cards.
Truth be told, Kimberly, 55, and Don Jr. have barely been seen together publicly since news of his affair with Bettina first came to light in September.
Don Jr. was caught locking lips with the Republican ‘it girl,’ while enjoying a long brunch date at The Honor Bar, located inside Palm Beach’s swanky Royal Poinciana Plaza shopping center in August.
The romance exploded into the spotlight when DailyMail.com published pictures of that date the following month.

Back then friends claimed that Kimberly had tried to turn a blind eye to her fiancé’s wandering one, but she might have been forgiven for feeling a shiver of disquiet when Bettina was given a prime seat on the stage at the Republican National Convention earlier that same summer.
Dressed alluringly in a red off-the-shoulder gown Bettina sat within touching distance of the woman she has now replaced in Don Jr.’s affections.
Speaking after the affair was exposed one source admitted to DailyMail.com: ‘Kimberly either didn’t know about Bettina – or didn’t want to know. Did she hear whispers that Don Jr. was fooling around with someone else? Probably.
‘She’s no fool but it’s easy to deceive yourself when you’re so committed to someone and believe he’s committed to you.’
In recent months, the scales appear to have fallen from Kimberly’s eyes.
She has not been seen on Don Jr.’s arm since November 14 when she posted pictures from a Trump victory celebration at Mar A Lago.
Even then, though she dressed in red and looked every bit the political wife-in-waiting, there was not one post in which she and Don Jr posed side by side.
Similarly, Kimberly made no mention of her fiancé in her caption, sticking instead to a political message: ‘So blessed to be part of the greatest campaign and political comeback of all time. Now it’s finally time to get this country back on track! THE BEST IS YET TO COME!’
That may be true when it comes to her position in Trump’s inner circle as, one well-placed source insisted, her loyalty is valued and likely to be rewarded.

They said: ‘Kim’s been devoted – to Don and to the president. There will be some place for her.’
But, six years after the former Fox News host and Don Jr. first got together, the best has most certainly come and gone in their romance.
The signs were there for anyone to see when Don Jr and Bettina enjoyed their cozy brunch date towards the end of the summer.
Then, witnesses told DailyMail.com, Bettina – lithe, blonde and 19 years Kimberly’s junior – placed kiss after kiss on Don Jr’s lips.
One who was there said: ‘She seemed totally smitten with Don – and he with her. They looked totally relaxed, she wearing a white shirt tied off to show her midriff and wide leg pants, he in shorts and a t-shirt.’
At one point Bettina reached below the table to rub Don Jr.’s thigh. ‘They were definitely on a date,’ another witness said, adding: ‘They weren’t exactly making out, but the kisses were romantic, and you could tell they were intimate with each other.’
A third person told DailyMail.com: ‘I guess they’re not trying to hide it. They’ve been seen together all over Palm Beach.’
Now, it seems, exposure of the relationship has done nothing to dim the pair’s ardor or curb their enjoyment of each other’s company as, insiders say, they are regularly seen together in Florida’s bougie beachside enclave.
Bettina is well known in Palm Beach for her philanthropic works. She too is the child of a president, albeit one with the radically smaller purview of a bank.
Her father, Harry Loy Bettina Jr, was the youngest president of Worth Avenue National Bank at the age of 26. He died in 2013 aged 70.
Her mother Inger, still a beauty at 74, has an $11.5million home in an exclusive section of the Florida beach town while Bettina lives in a comparatively townhouse in West Palm Beach, less than a mile from Mar-a-Lago.
