In Los Angeles, a new special on ABC News Studios will delve into the final days of the late actor Gene Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, following their mysterious deaths in their New Mexico residence.
“Last Days of Gene Hackman,” airs tomorrow night at 10 p.m. ET on ABC and streams the next day on Hulu.
This hour-long program offers a comprehensive examination of the inquiries conducted after the couple’s deaths, which deeply affected the public and elicited an overflow of sorrow and sympathy from the actor’s friends and admirers.
The perplexing and melancholy circumstances surrounding the couple’s passing unraveled gradually over a span of a few weeks, with recent insights from mobile phone investigations uncovering calls made by Arakawa to a medical concierge service shortly before her demise.
