Wife of wealthy Florida real estate brother files for divorce as husband is denied bail in alleged sex scandal

Amid the scandal involving Tal Alexander, a well-known real estate agent accused alongside his two brothers of drugging and sexually assaulting numerous women across several states, his wife has reportedly initiated divorce proceedings.

The arrests of Tal, 38, along with his brother Oren, 37, both prominent real estate brokers with a jet-setting lifestyle in New York and Miami, and their sibling Alon Alexander, who is Oren’s identical twin, took place in Miami Beach on December 11. Subsequently, they were placed in federal custody.

“As I part ways with my husband, I will ensure that my young baby receives all the love and care needed,” said Arielle Kogut, Tal Alexander’s wife, who recently gave birth to a child with him, as confirmed by her statement to the Real Deal through her legal representative regarding the divorce.

“This commitment to my child’s best interests and well-being will remain my highest priority.”

Defense attorneys for the three brothers have argued the brothers committed no sexual assaults, and that their relationships with the alleged victims were consensual, according to court records.

A judge last week said the Alexander brothers will likely be housed at the Metropolitan Detention Center, the same prison where Sean “Diddy” Combs and Sam Bankman-Fried are being held. The next status conference in the case is scheduled for Jan. 29.

Tal Alexander’s attorney and his wife’s attorney did not immediately respond for comment.
