Heidi Montag goes on shopping spree after her wardrobe was incinerated in LA fire that took her $2M house

Heidi Montag was shopping for supplies in Santa Barbara on Sunday as seen in a video shared to TikTok.

The Hills veteran was browsing for sweaters at Marshalls, a discount retail chain store. She was sporting a peach-colored T-shirt and had her hair styled in a ponytail.

The 38-year-old singer of “I’ll Do It” found herself needing to reassemble her wardrobe following the destruction of her $2M home in the Pacific Palisades due to devastating fires.

She had said that she had spent ‘days’ in same clothes as she lost most of her items in the blaze that has so far killed 24 people.

‘We’re going to go shopping and get some clothes because I’ve been wearing the same T-shirt and jeans for days. I have, like, two outfits. So we’re at Marshalls,’ she expressed.

She fancied a cream-colored cardigan still seen on a hanger. ‘So many good things, I’m so excited,’ she said before taking more garments off the rack.

‘It sounds silly, but it’s really making me miss my stuff,’ she added as she went makeup free with her black sunglasses tucked in her shirt.

Then she made her purchases.

‘Got some great stuff. Having a little anxiety about leaving Gunner [her 6-year-old son with Pratt], so I called and checked on him. This is the first time I’ve left him since the fires, but he seems to be doing good. I need to take some deep breaths. It’s a lot going out into the world. It really hits you in a different way.’

She then posted a second video of her shopping for sports bras, hats, sweatpants and other athleisure clothing at an Alo store.

Her husband Spencer Pratt – who is looking for a new reality TV show – has also been wearing the same things for many days.

The reality TV star said he left his dwelling with only the clothes on his back, which was a black T-shirt and shorts. He added on social media that he was hoping to get some new togs soon.

Heidi and Spencer – known as Speidi – have been sharing plenty of information since their house was destroyed by flames.

They have shared photos of the burned down area as they update fans on what was left behind.

Turns out all Spencer could find was a pot with lid and a few pieces of crystals, which he collects and sells.

The two have been so active, that they have become big stars on TikTok as a younger generation becomes embroiled in their tragedy, often sending them prayers.

And to support the family, many have bought a song I’ll Do It from Heidi’s new album and shared it on social media, causing the tune to reach the number one spot on iTunes.

‘Thank you everyone for making my album number one on iTunes,’ said Heidi on Monday via her Insta Stories.

‘Thank you for going harder for us, for our family,’ she added as she wore an Alo cap and blue top while holding a cup of to-go coffee. ‘God bless you all.’

She also asked fans to see her videos on Snapchat.

‘Thank you to everyone streaming my music and supporting us! It’s top 2 albums on US iTunes, number 1 us pop album! 63 world wide iTunes album charts,’ she said on Instagram.

Heidi has said she was thrilled with the support as the extra money means they may be able to rebuild their house, which was not insured.

Last week, residents of the upmarket area of Los Angeles have been forced to flee their homes after ‘life-threatening’ winds saw a bushfire spread across thousands of acres on Tuesday, prompting the Governor of California to declare a State of Emergency.

Sadly, the reality stars’ home was among the victims of the devastating fire.

Spencer’s sister, Stephanie Pratt, took to her Instagram Stories to share a picture of her brother in his garden with the fire raging in the distance.

Despite their father’s best efforts to ‘save’ their home – which the stars share with their children Gunner, six, and 13-month-old Ryker – it could not be saved.

She wrote: ‘I am beyond heartbroken for my brother, Heidi and the kids.

‘Just spoke to my dad- he tried to save my brother’s house but the wind is so strong there was nothing he could do.’

Former Made In Chelsea star Stephanie admits she is ‘frozen in shock’ and ‘heartbroken’ for her ‘sweet little nephews’ after the flames tore through their family home.

The star’s own home is likely to have been damaged as well as she claimed the fires had reached her street, and Stephanie is contemplating whether to fly to Los Angeles from London to support Spencer, 41, and Heidi, 38, and the family.

Alongside a picture of the blaze, she wrote: ‘I don’t know if it’s a good thing I’m in London or I need to get back to LA. I can’t think straight. What do I do? Honestly looking for advice. I’m frozen in shock.

‘How horrible for my sweet little nephews to watch their house disappear like this. They must be so scared and confused. I guess the silver lining for me is if my house goes it’s only my stuff- not years of family memories like everyone else in the palisades. Help me what’s my next move.’
