National Burrito Day 2025: How to score free food from Chipotle, QDOBA, Moe's, and more

Fans nationwide can celebrate National Burrito Day at one of several beloved restaurant chains on Thursday.

Chipotle, QDOBA, and Moe’s Southwest Grill are a few chains offering one-day only deals honoring burritos.

Burrito, which means little donkey, is a staple of Mexican cuisine and extremely popular in the US.

The food item can be found on various breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus at sit in or quick service restaurants.

Burrito deals are happening all throughout the county, but these are some of the best deals this year…

Several restaurant chains nationwide are making special offers to customers in honor of National Burrito Day  

Baja Fresh

Baja Fresh is offering its Club Baja Rewards members a buy one, get one free this week to celebrate National Burrito Day.

Customers who place the order online must use the code ‘BURRITO’ at checkout to get the deal.

The offer is only redeemable online and will be available from tomorrow to Sunday.  

Bubbakoo’s

Members of Bubbakoo’s Green Room loyalty program can purchase a burrito and get $5 off their next order.

The reward will automatically appear in customer accounts as soon as the purchase goes through. 

California Tortilla

California Tortilla customers who makes a purchase can shoot a basketball inside one one of the restaurants.

Guests who make a basket now until April 7 could win a coupon for a free order of taquitos.

Chipotle

Chipotle Rewards members can play the Burrito Vault Game to earn a BOGO code for free food tomorrow.

Other prizes customers can win while playing include free burritos for a year and 25 rewards points. 

Members can also enjoy a $0 delivery fee when ordering online or through the Chipotle app, using the code DELIVER. 

Chronic Tacos

Chronic Tacos is offering its rewards members a buy one, get one free deal on burritos.

This deal is only valid on Thursday, and it applies to one offer per customer. 

Del Taco

Del Taco rewards members can grab a free burrito with any purchase for a one-day only deal tomorrow. 

Dos Toros Taqueria

Dos Toros Taqueria is celebrating the holiday by giving its rewards members $5 off any burrito or burrito bowl. 

Customers placing their order will see that the discount has automatically applied.  

El Pollo Loco

El Pollo Loco has decided to turn National Burrito Day into a three-day celebration dubbed the Burrito Block Party.

The restaurant chain began sharing promo codes on its Instagram Stories today and is giving rewards members the chance to win a free burrito or a discount.

It will then offer a buy one, get one free chicken burrito on Thursday.

El Pollo Loco will end its celebration by charging $0 for a delivery fee on orders placed online or on the app, and give 25 Instagram followers the chance to win a $100 gift card on Friday.

Freebirds World Burrito

Guests can enjoy a regular-sized burrito or bowl for just $6.99 at all Freebirds locations tomorrow.

Miguel’s Jr.

Miguel’s Jr. restaurants are celebrating National Burrito Day by offering two Bean, Rice & Cheese or Bean & Cheese burritos for only $5.

The deal will be redeemable online and in-store and will only last all day tomorrow. 

Moe’s Southwest Grill

Moe’s Southwest Grill rewards members can redeem a buy one, get one free burrito own bowl coupon on Thursday

The discount applies to the lowest valued item in the order and valid for one use only.

Five lucky customers were also selected as winners of a Moe’s burrito blanket in a contest celebrating the annual day on March 28.

On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina customers can get $5 off burritos and chimichangas with a promo code tomorrow.

Fans can receive the code through the restaurant chain’s app or website.

QDOBA

QDOBA rewards members can snag a free burrito with the purchase of an entree and drink tomorrow

The deal excludes quesadillas and is redeemable in restaurants and online for one-day only. 

Rubio’s Coastal Grill

Guests can order multiple burritos for $7.99 each at Rubio’s Coastal Grill.

Some of the choices include the Hot Honey Shrimp Burrito, California Burrito, Shrimp and Bacon Burrito, and the Chicken Burrito Especial.

No additional purchase is necessary, and guests can redeem the offer with the coupon code ‘BURRITO’ at checkout in the app or scan the QR code in restaurants.

Surcheros

Members of the Surcheros Fresh Mex rewards program can enjoy a buy one, get one for 50 percent-off deal on burritos tomorrow.

The National Burrito Day deal is available in restaurants and for online orders placed on the chain’s website or app.

This offer applies to regular-sized burritos and does not include kid’s meals. 

Taco Bell

Taco Bell rewards members can enjoy their choice of a $2 burrito with a minimum $15 purchase in the app tomorrow.

Tocaya Modern Mexican

Fans who are Tocaya rewards members can receive a free half size chips & guacamole with any burrito purchase tomorrow

Participating 7-Eleven and Speedway & Stripes locations are offering $5 burritos from the Laredo Taco Company on National Burrito Day.

Some of the burrito options include the new Shrimp Fajita Burrito and the Creamy Chipotle Shrimp Burrito.
