A man was found by his wife in a compromising situation in the back of a van with another woman. Despite the incriminating evidence, he claimed he had not acted improperly, arguing that infidelity is a common occurrence that takes place constantly across the globe.
The incident involved 34-year-old Warren Cherowbrier, who was discovered with his lover by his wife, Charmain Cherowbrier, the mother of their four children. This awkward encounter unfolded when Charmain spotted them in his father’s van parked on a street in Doncaster.
Displaying her understandable outrage, Charmain captured the confrontation on film. She approached the van and shouted through the window, bluntly questioning Warren’s actions: ‘Are you engaging in intimate relations with her in the back of the van?’
In a video that went viral on social media Charmaine was heard screaming at her husband – and calling his lover ‘a bag’.
But today, breaking his silence on the incident, Mr Cherowbrier claimed he didn’t see what the ‘big deal’ was – and insisted he had separated from his wife.
Speaking to MailOnline he said: ‘There’s two sides to every story. It’s not a difficult time for me at all because I separated from my wife and I had moved out of the marital home.
‘It happens thousands of times, every single day, everywhere in the world, so as far as I’m concerned, I’ve done nothing wrong.
‘We separated last year and I moved out of the marital home, so I don’t see the big deal with it. The only problem is it’s gone viral.’
A close friend of Mr Cherowbrier added: ‘Warren and Charmaine have not been together since last year.
‘During conversations Warren told Charmaine he would always love her and be there for her and the children but that he was not in love with her anymore.
‘He moved out of the family home last year and Charmaine can’t seem to accept it. She has been hurting but they have not been happy together for a long time.
‘They had met when they were 15 years old, but the stress of adult life has pushed them apart.’
Since publishing the video footage, Mrs Cherowbrier has claimed that he had cheated on her seven times before she caught him on camera.
Pouring her heart out in a series of hurt posts on TikTok, she accused him of first playing away in 2012, then again in 2013 and in 2015, but she ‘gave him a chance again’.
The pair married in 2016 – but he allegedly continued to be unfaithful, having affairs again in 2017, 2019 and 2024.
Writing on social media, Charmaine said: ‘When you’re the good little loyal wife but get f***ed over by the only person you loved.
‘All I ever did was love you. All I ever did was be the good little loyal wife while you treat me like s**t.’
In another post she wrote: ‘I’ve always been the good loyal wife that put you before myself, you were my world. I would have died for you and in return?
‘The lying, the cheating, the disrespect, the belittling, the making me think I weren’t worth anything more than what you was giving me. I put in 1000 per cent and got 1 per cent in return.’
Video footage filmed by the jaded wife showed her walking around to the rear of the van, pulling the doors open to find her husband naked from the waist down with his mistress – who MailOnline is not identifying – huddled away in the corner trying to hide her face.
As she opened the door Warren shouted ‘I will kill you’ before repeating ‘we’re done, we’re done’ while Charmaine shouted ‘you’re f***** her in the back of the van’.
She continued yelling ‘show me what you’ve f***** got’ and ‘enjoy it because this going all over f***** Facebook’.
She continued to yell at her husband, who is said to have been cheating on her with his mistress for more than a year.
‘It is alright isn’t it because the only person that is getting f***** hurt is me and the kids,’ she added. ‘Carry on if you want a show, having a f***** show.
In a bid to calm tensions, her red-faced husband told her: ‘You’ve made your point. It’s over.’
Charmaine then turned her attention to the other woman, calling her ‘a f***** lying s*t’.
As the pair tried to explain their relationship was over, the mistress climbed into the front seats of the van to ‘call the police’ unless she stopped filming.
Meanwhile Warren kept telling his wife to ‘put the phone down, you’ve made your point, the kids are in the car, can you just put the phone away please’.
To which enraged Charmaine wife replied: ‘Yes your kids are in that car. Our kids are in that car. And you need to get your f****** pants on. Pull your pants up, pull your pants up.’
As her husband continued to ask her to put the phone away, she added: ‘Did you enjoy it?
‘Did you enjoy it in the back of a f***** work van? Is this how much of a f***** bag you are that you are getting it in the back of a f***** work van?’
The wife then climbed back into her car, where her children were waiting, and shouted: ‘Ring the police, this is going all over f****** Facebook.’
