Many communities across the country have been feeling anxious due to undocumented immigrants who have exploited the less strict southern border policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration, resulting in harm to innocent Americans.
Through the efforts of police and prosecutors, an example was set with the arrests or convictions of these migrants for their violent crimes in 2024.
Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano, hailing from the Dominican Republic, was apprehended in September on suspicion of killing a family of four in New York in their residence.
A tragic incident occurred on Aug. 31, where Fraime Ubaldo, aged 30; Marangely Moreno-Santiago, aged 26; Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, only 4 years old; and Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno, just 2 years old, lost their lives in their own home, as reported by the Irondequoit Police Department on X.
“This was a horrific scene,” Irondequoit Police Chief Scott Peters said at a press conference. “In almost 32 years of doing this job, I haven’t seen anything like it.”
Police arrested Pimentel-Soriano Sept. 7.
Pimentel-Soriano was wanted for a 2019 murder in his own country at the time of his arrest, according to the department.
