Jamie Foxx seen for the first time since birthday altercation as he attends Billie Eilish concert with family

Jamie Foxx looked ready for a fun night out on Saturday as he stepped out in public for the first time since a glass throwing incident at his birthday party.

The actor, 57, looked stylish as he and some family members headed in to the Billie Eilish concert at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA.

The Oscar winner wore a long sleeve leather shirt with a Teddy bear embroidered on one pocket and the letter M on the other as a jacket over a black and white striped T-shirt.

The Burial star wore black leather jeans and thick soled black boots.

He accessorized with a pair of dark sunglasses.

The Django Unchained star seemed to have healed quickly from the stitches he reportedly received in an altercation at his birthday party at Mr. Chow’s in Beverly Hills on December 13, after a drinking glass was allegedly thrown at him, striking his mouth.

The altercation reportedly stemmed from a prank orchestrated by crew members from the Jackass production company. The VIP room was rented by Dickhouse Productions—owned by Jackass stars Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, and Spike Jonze—and was attended only by crew members, but neither the owners nor the stars were present at the party, per the insider.

According to TMZ, some members of the Jackass crew were living up to their reputation and pointing a ‘laser penis pointer’ at Foxx’s table, projecting a penis-shaped image, while the actor was celebrating with his family.

The Ray star was described as ‘upset,’ and reportedly walked upstairs to address the situation, expressing that he found the joke inappropriate, especially in front of his children.

A heated exchange quickly escalated, culminating in a Jackass crew member allegedly throwing a heavy drinking glass at Foxx, striking him in the face, per the outlet’s sources.

While the involvement of Jackass crew members has been mentioned, police have yet to corroborate those claims, and no arrests have been made, according to TMZ.

Attorney Bryan Freedman, representing Dickhouse Productions, has denied the claims, telling TMZ: ‘Although the crew has the greatest respect for Jamie, the version of events that has been presented is totally inaccurate and deeply unfair to those attending their holiday celebration that night.’

Foxx recently spoke about the importance of family, including both of his children; Corrine 30, and Anelise, 16, in his Netflix special, What Had Happened Was.

The comedian revealed that Anelise, whom he shares with former partner Kristin Grannis, ‘saved his life’ while he was in the hospital from a dangerous health scare in 2023.

Anelise was 14 at the time and Foxx explained he didn’t want her to see him in such a weak condition, ‘but she snuck into my hospital room with her guitar, and she says “I know what my daddy needs.”‘

‘And they said when she started playing, my vitals went down… the nurses at the nurses’ station were baffled, “like wow, what did they give him?”‘ he explained.

The nurses rushed into the room to see Anelise playing for her father.

In the special, Anelise joined her father on stage with her guitar. ‘Thank you so much for stepping up,’ he told her.

The young musician replied, ‘I mean, you had to make it because I always dreamed that we’d perform together on stage one day.’

Foxx also told the crowd he wanted to get well so he could walk Corrine, whom he shares with ex Connie Kline, down the aisle at her wedding.

The Critics Choice Award winner seemed to have returned to his former vigor and has a long slate of projects to keep himself busy.

He recently completed work on the thriller Tin Soldier with Robert DeNiro and Scott Eastwood.

Fans can see him on the big screen next in the spy comedy Back In Action with pal Cameron Diaz, which opens in the US and theaters around the world on January 17.

Saturday’s concert was the final show for Eilish and her brother Finneas on their Hit Me Hard And Soft Tour for 2024.

The Birds of a Feather artist, who has received eight Grammy nominations for the album, will take a rest through the end of the year before picking the show up again in Australia in February.

She was scheduled to headline stadiums in Europe beginning in April and continuing through late July.
